Honestly I'm very discouraged by their business practices... the fuel card doesn't even save you money anymore like others have said as after vat it works out to the same as forecourt price. I have had a "failed direct debit fee" of £80 multiple times now but I dont understand what costs the company £80 in an invoice that's late by one night. The day it didn't go out i didn't realise until they were closed and I paid it over the phone the next morning. The fee is ridiculous all savings for months just disappear with one fee. Will most likely be looking for a new fuel card honestly as their service is shocking

It's not all bad as when everything is working as it should it's nice paying 141p at a service station but other than that there are no savings at all. 1p off in esso it works out to...

I am an existing customer

I am an existing customer, have stoped using the card as much more expensive than fast fuels, sales exec phoned me up offering fuel as 5p cheaper than what i was paying with they currently, the guy did not know i was an existing customer, this company gets you hooked then rips you off, stay clear!

Mensen ik raad iedereen aan om bij dkv aan te sluiten tenminste ze houden rekening met je zolang je het maar aangeeft

Terrible Experience

Initially it all started well. When I was on Holiday my business bank had some issues and the direct debit hasn’t gone through and guess what £80 fee was added to invoice. I didn’t had access to my business mobile and didn’t get any notification regarding this. Once I’m back from holiday I have emailed them 3 times to change my bank details and no response. I called them 2 times and I was told my account manager will call me which I have never received. Another £80 was added twice to invoice, I had to take half day off to my work to call them and get this sorted. I tried explaining what has happened and they didn’t understand and keep on saying I have to pay £240 extra for failed direct debits. Finally I ended up paying £80 extra. First of all I wasn’t informed about this extra fee when the account was created and it would have been good if they have taken the extra £80 off or atleast reduced the fee. However I paid everything and I dont want to use the cards anymore. Today I have received an email saying that another £80 is due again. I don’t understand what they are after. This is a terrible service. And all these had been reported to my credit file even if I paid everything. Not gonna use their services and not going to recommend to anyone.

For EVERYONE'S info, these people (1) charge your account and then (2) claim the Ts&Cs mean you can't claim back these fraudulent fees. If (3) you try to cancel your account, then you have to (4) speak to the "Cancellation Team", which is just someone who keeps asking you why you want to quit and tells you you can't get the fees back.

Une domiciliation qui ne passe pas est facturée 80 euros. QUATRE VINGT EUROS!!!!!

Si vous les appelez avant l'échéance de la domiciliation pour payer votre facture par carte de crédit ils vous enverront un lien pour payer mais vous paierez quand même 80 euros de frais pour la domiciliation.

Donc vous aurez payé votre facture et vous aurez quand même 80 euros à payer. Leur business est la facturation de frais.

C'est du raquette pur et simple.

Fake company ,take care everyone. They promise less prices at than pump station but my bills are higher that what's on receive.

Worst rubber company

Worst rubber company, increase my fuel prices every week !Calling them twice for 2 years, they promise not to paying more then fuel pump price,and now I pay more then 1.50 pounds per ltr,compare to 1.37 pounds on pump!
I have already stopped using them Service and find other company for my fuels!
Rubber and scum, that's what is this !

Scam artists and avoid like plague

I will start by the one star review, I want to give no stars but it won’t let me. The service I have had from these robbing thieving people. £40 for a failed direct debit is very excessive, communication is not their strong point, lies and am I actually saving any money, the answer is no I’m not saving money at all. By the time you have filled up, paid the secret service fee, then the annual fee you may as well just pay at the pump and save money. My recommendation is to stay clear and not use them, I won’t be paying and they can take it where ever they want!

Zeer slechte communicatie en afzetterij

Slechte communicatie, er wordt 40 euro aangerekend voor domicilie die niet is doorgegaan, veel meer extra kosten aangerekend op de tank beurten, geven valse informatie door aan de telefoon zodat je klant wordt. Should have read the reviews before using

Unfortunately my experience has been similar to others, in which I have been overcharged for using the card, making it more expensive (10p per litre) to use than the forecourt price.
After contacting the company, nothing has been done, so the replies asking to contact them are useless; they don't actually do anything.
I am giving them the opportunity to fix the errors, but if not, I have enough evidence to contact my bank and proceed with chargebacks for the transactions.
At £12 per chargeback, it will be quite expensive if everyone else who has been stung by this company did the same

Very untrustworthy company again the fuel is not cheaper like they sell to you over the phone they then push lots of other devices onto you sell you the dream and even though invoice paid over a month waiting devices have still not been fitted in car its just a call office a con stay well clear

rip off company, given a price by email from my account manager, a good bit cheaper than my other cards. then the invoice comes and ive been charged their normal rate, 5p more than what he told me. luckily I have proof in the email he sent. this has happened more than once. Honestly worst company experience

Honestly, this company is the worst I’ve ever encountered in the UK.

It must be run by a group of professional con artists.

I signed up with the intention of saving 20% on fuel pump prices after using the card for six weeks. However, upon analysing my invoices, I discovered that I was actually paying 20% higher than the pump rate. Consequently, I canceled my membership and stopped my direct debits.

I then reached out to them, attempting to get them to waive the extra charge. They provided me with numerous excuses, after contacting me again by someone claiming that they will sort out my complaint and then convincing me that if I returned as a customer, set up my direct debit mandate, and paid all the outstanding money, they would remove the extra charges. However, I had no intention of becoming a customer again and only re-signed up so they could collect the extra money they had charged. This was all done to pay the original pump price, not to actually save money.

After paying the money through a link instead of direct debit, and only one day after the due date for the direct debit, they charged me £100 for canceling the direct debit but credited me a portion of it. Now, not only did they charge me extra for the fuel price and what was intended to recoup the overcharged amount, but I also paid additional money. As a result, I’m furious and have canceled my direct debit for the second time. I don’t owe them any money, and I’m actually out of pocket because I’ve paid 20% above the pump price and a £20 card fee for the privilege of paying more money for fuel. Every month, they charge me £40 for my canceled drive debit. So, the joke is that I don’t owe them anything, and they’re actually charging me a fee for the canceled direct debit and it keeps adding up.

No matter what you do, they will deceive you into paying extra, and you will never save any money.
