To clarify, we raffle both new and pre-owned exclusive properties, all clearly detailed in each listing.
We operate under an exclusive agreement with the vendor and do not purchase the property up front. If a winner is selected, they can choose either the property (which we then purchase and transfer to them) or a cash alternative equal to the advertised value. If the cash option is chosen, the vendor retains the property.
We always aim to award the full advertised prize. However, in the event that we do not sell enough tickets to cover the full prize, the winner will instead receive 70% of the total ticket sales, net of costs. This is clearly outlined in our Terms and Conditions for transparency.
Once you have reviewed how we operate, we hope you may consider updating your review, as it does not accurately reflect our business model.

Due to a banking problem paid twice for 1 set of tickets. Contacted Raffle House Customer Service dept. and problem sorted and refunded within 12 hours. Excellent company to deal with. Highly recommend.
