Needed to use customer service as I had forgotten to input a code that allowed me more tickets for the same money. Customer service in particular Kathie were quick to reply and offer me an alternate. Impressed, now I just need to win! X

They won't let you cancel your subscription

*Edit in response to the answer they gave to my review.
Do not believe a word they say when you they say you simply navigate to your subscriptions in your profile and cancel from there. The only option you have is to buy even more subscriptions not to cancel the one you already have.

It's all fun and games until you decide you want to cancel your subscription.

In direct violation of the law they make it almost impossible.

I have spent half an hour trying to cancel my subscription and I'm going to have to go to the bank each month to claim my money back.

This whole system of theirs has made me convinced that they are criminals posing as a reputable company. It is my fault because I did ask AI before I subscribed and AI said that they were not entirely trustworthy and that they often don't actually pay out what they say they will. I just wanted to win the house that was close to my house so I risked it's not realizing they were going to fleece me forever.

Customers can cancel their subscription at any time directly through their account. Simply log in to your profile, navigate to the “My Subscriptions” tab, and follow the cancellation steps there. This will stop any future payments immediately. Our team is also always happy to assist if anyone has any difficulty managing their subscription.

For context, we have been operating since 2018 and have had hundreds of thousands of customers take part in our competitions. We always deliver on our prizes, having awarded both property prizes and life-changing cash lump sums to our winners. You can also view all of our winners and their testimonials in the Winners section on our website.

Fast customer service response…

I purchased my raffle tickets via a Raffle House advertisement. I downloaded their app as instructed and proceeded to check my tickets to ensure I could see them on the app. I was surprised when there was no tickets at all showing. I contacted Raffle House customer services and provided them with an email I had received showing my purchase. Customer Services responded promptly and rectified the glitch. I can now see the number of tickets I purchased when using the Raffle House app.

Dream

Decided there is no harm to have my first go with Raffle house. I have regular subscription with another well known house give away site, but with no luck. So why not try Raffle house to see if my luck might change.
Prizes look excellent with charities benefiting.

I dream a dream....

I dream a dream....
I love to buy a ticket for a multi-million pound house draw a few times a year. I can take a house tour, examine the floor plans and the aerial shots and carry on dreaming. I can also select my favourite charity.

I chose the Raffle House draw over the other house draw because I can opt out of all publicity, unlike the other draw. I have stopped playing the lottery after the upgrade made playing more difficult so I have just bought tickets for the next house draw.

Do not trust Raffle House

Do not trust this organisation. I have sent numerous emails instructing them to cancel my subscription. They have just ignored them and continue to take money.

Subject: Formal Dispute, Cancellation and Demand for Refund
Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally dispute an unauthorised charge of an extra £10 and to demand immediate refund of it
On 28/02/2026, I signed up to Raffle House for a single payment of £10. However, I have discovered that £20 was taken from my account instead. I authorised only one payment of £10. I did not authorise any additional or increased payment. Any recurring payments were only authorised to be taken at the same time each month If your records suggest otherwise, please provide clear evidence of my explicit consent.

I have attempted to contact your company via the email address listed on your website and received a response from desk-mailer.zohodesk.eu indicating that your support team is based overseas. I also attempted to call 07459 071066, which is registered to Lycamobile; however, the voicemail was full and no assistance was available and obviously overseas
The manner in which this payment has been processed raises serious concerns regarding deceptive and misleading practices.
Therefore:
1. I only authorise payments to be taken on the 28th of each month further payments from my card or bank account.
2. I demand a full refund of the unauthorised £10 charge.
3. I require written confirmation within 7 days that my demands have been met

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue recovery of the funds through my bank via chargeback and will report the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities and internet forums

I look forward to your urgent confirmation.

Thank you for your review, and please accept our apologies for the delayed email response —we’re happy to clarify this for you.

Our subscriptions renew on the 1st of each month in line with our competition schedule. This ensures that all active subscribers have their tickets included in that month’s draws.

As your subscription started on 28th February, the renewal was processed on 1st March, which explains the charge on your account. Following this renewal, your tickets were automatically included in the £60k Land Rover Defender Early Bird draw, which closes on 31st March.

To assist you further as a matter of urgency, please contact us at info@rafflehouse.com with your account details, and a member of our team will be happy to help. If you would like a refund for the renewal, please let us know and we’ll be happy to process this for you promptly.

Police say if you think this Company is a scam contact Action Fraud!!

I had a reply back from Raffle house. They said been going since 2017. longer than Omaze.
They also said to look at the website and I had already done that some time ago and could not find out what I wanted to know. Who are the list of Charities they support for starters? when you go on Companies house not a lot there but if I want to find out about a company that's where to look. I will be heading back there. If anyone feels they have been scammed by this company the Police said please put a note on this site to say contact ACTION FRAUD and they would like to hear from you. So suggest if this company is legit it has nothing to worry about. I always look at the one star reviews to find out what a company is really like. I have run local community and worked with council and police on issues and we were primed up for info on the latest scams. Raffles house needs to be more transparent in its dealings.

We operate within UK competition laws and apply strict payment security measures. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways and require 3D Secure (3DS) authentication, meaning customers must actively authorise the payment with their bank before it can be completed.

Concerning comments about unauthorised payments, we take any such claims extremely seriously and address all customer queries promptly via our WhatsApp support channel and by email at info@rafflehouse.com.

The constant inundation of my inbox with stupid ads is driving me nuts!very time I look at Nextdoor site, every third item is an ad for Raffle House. It's too much.

Excellent customer service

I have been a subscriber for a long time, but some months I like to give extra help and improve my chances. I received an email with a code for extra tickets for the next purchase, saying it could be used with no minimum, but at checkout, it was asking for a minimum purchase amount to receive the tickets. I sent an email to the customer service about the discrepancy and they were very quick to solve the issue. This really increases the credibility of the website.
