I agree with Suzie …it is suspicious…
I agree with Suzie …it is suspicious indeed. first time I tried ..and I was charged Double 2x£10…for the draw I chos. Then no signs of my Tickets…then I press Ticket and to my horror more Money is being asked ..Charity choices and more Promos…i thought this is not the same as on TV ad and came to think it is not legit …
I contacted PayPal and saw 2 Transactions…as always PayPal is attentive and gave prompt action !
I will never again believe what is sooo good on TV ad…let it be a lesson to others…my first n last experience was worrying if not frightening…it was only £20 but it did have a huge lesson…thank you Pay PAL…and no Tickets received from this OhMaze 😢

Great Customer Service via WhatsApp
I choose Raffle House for high-end but realistic properties, and a cash alternative so no selling stress. I wanted to up-grade my subscription but the website was unclear about start date and canx of current subs. A query on WhatApp was met with a rapid response and after I'd upgraded follow-up ensured I was being charged correctly. Good customer service.

I had managed to sign myself up to two different subscriptions under two different emails.
In no time, customer services had sorted it for me and cancelled the account that I couldn't remember I had.

I sent a message to customer service as I could no longer see my entries on my account. Kathie replied in no time giving me prompts which didn't work. Awful app and website. You can't find your bank card details on neither their website nor their app. You can't log out at all. No freaking way they are truthful. Bull !

Brilliant customer service, and very prompt replies via email after an issue with my first subscription payment that didn't go through initially.
