Purchased two Remootio 3, one for my garage and the other for my gate. I did have some issues with getting the gate to work, but after multiple emails with their support staff, it turned out to be an "Operator Error". I'm extremely pleased with their product and I plan on getting another one in the near future.

Best company ever and best customer support for this year from me! Domonkos was really helpful with my questions and made my setup process really easy, especially there wasn’t much information about my garage door opener online at other smart solutions. The product is amazing and provides that comfort and reliability. Definitely recommend it to everyone and can’t wait for the future updates coming! Once again, thanks to Domonkos!

The device works ok but the interface isn't setup as well as other products and the unit can only control one door. Other products can control multiple doors for the price of one unit. This is also more expensive than most other brands. If you want to return your purchase you need to pay shipping back to Hungary, which was not mentioned anywhere on their site. The shipping costs more than the unit. Do not recommend.

Great company to deal with, fast delivery and great customer support (via facebook messenger) The product itself is brilliant, so handy to have for deliveries. I was quoted £75 per key fob for my garage, i paid £89.99 for infinite keys that don't require batteries or hardware. I can now access my door from anywhere in the world or bia bluetooth locally if the internet goes down. Well thought out and European design.

ould get used to this ! Super-fast delivery. Easy installation. Reasonable price. And it works ! In one go. Mind the second-party-vendor in the Netherlands who sells the product for three times the real price. Just order at Remotioo's website. Last, but the best, geofencing works beautifully. The gate opens automatically when I arrive. Really, a perfect score on everything. Compliments to the chef !

Great customer support! I have an old gate and do not know the model. I sent and email showing my circuit board and got a quick response on where to place wires. It works great.

Remootio's technical support and customer service are some of the best I have ever encountered. They deserve 6 stars. Additionally their products work first time straight out of the box. One suggestion ....... please find a different courier, as UPS are dreadful!

Done research on purchasing a IP based garage door opener that had 2 channels (channel 1 open / channel 2 close). In reality almost all the units for sale are single channel. Remootio was ideal as it allowed each channel to be configured and the pulse length to be customised so fully operational with almost garage door openers, Roller shutter such as Euro drive
Easy to install with plenty of tutorials and resources online. Installed the unit and fully working in under 1 hour. Brilliant App which is a joy to use. Setup works well via App, Alexa and Siri widget. The Bonus is the fully functioning Apple Watch app.

A great product and even better team! This product seemed just what I needed for my new Hormann garage door and it was delivered really quickly. However when I connected it as per the Compatibility Guide the door would open but not close! But Csaba and Domonkos worked out that the wiring diagram for this door was not correct so they told me what to do and immediately changed their online diagram. It now works perfectly and is so useful. So in conclusion, an excellent product, a superb app and wonderful customer service.

Thank you Remootio. Everything your site said. I could not be more pleased. Install was easy even for me and I don’t know electronics. It works perfectly. I’d looked for this for years now I can see the status of the gate wherever I am.

This device looks to be very good indeed. I had hoped to get my wifi signal at my gate using a power line transmitter set. Unfortunately, the cable length was too long at about 200 meters from the house. I contacted Remootio who offered me a full refund and my only cost was the return postage.
If you purchase for the wifi activation feature then my advice is - Check that you can can get wifi before you order.

I gave a single star bacause thats as low as you can rate. I purchased a remootio for a customer. I tried to install it and the app wont recognize the unit. I emailed them and they said i was doing it wrong. Well i have purchased 4 other remootios with no priblems. I know what im doing. They now wont respond to any email at all including a request for a refund. Lesson learned. No phone number crappy customer service out of u.s. my bad.

Excellent product, high quality and very easy to install.

Remootio's tech support team are very responsive and provide immediate assistance.

The installation guides & videos are extremely good and make easy work of the setup.

The Remootio App is also excellent and I cant think of a missing feature.

Everything I need it for it provides:

. Geofencing for auto opening when near the gate
. sharing access with family so they can enter without calling
. The information on log activity lets you know who opened the gate etc
. schedules, very handy to preset opening times
. and finally access from anywhere, anytime with the internet access

I cannot fault this device, one of the best Smart Gadgets out there

hi i would not recommend this product. perhaps if it works 100% out of the box, it is ok. i correctly installed it and tapped into a 28V DC output from the gate control box. i was able to operate the gate via blue tooth. but i could not get the 'connect to wifi' 'button' to work on my phone, despite a good signal. i could not locate this in troubleshooting. i didnt get a response from customer service. i had no choice but to uninstall the app, then reinstall it. when i did this the app would not recognize the device. still no response from customer service. then, finally i tried depressing the tiny reset button. this resulted in the unit completely shutting down despite DC power going to it (power LED on). Further, the upper right corner metal plate seemed to overheat. the company is in Hungary; they simply do not respond.

Amazing. Such a simple idea and so powerful. Works a treat and set up in under 30 mins.

Super fast delivery and helpful customer service. It took me a bit of time to figure out how to install it but they were very responsive and sent me instructions. Overall I like how the Remootio app works, has made my life easier.

Once installed it seems to work nice and as it should.
Client service is excellent.

Had to reinstall an older router (Asus 68U), as I had some issues with a tp link repeater.
Works at 90%, has issues with Google screens, speakers work fine.

The App. Seems a bit complicated at the start, but you get used to it.
If you only work with the app. this system is really worth it.

The control box arrived in a good time. The installation was easy (once I found the guide on the website) installed in about 15 mins and works like a dream. Would totally recommend.

We ordered 2 units from New Zealand, and they arrived incredibly swiftly. They then sat on the bench in the pantry for 6 weeks as we got through the long summer holiday and we finally installed one on a truck height barn roller door and the other on the gate today. It was a breeze. These things do what they say on the packaging. We'll have to pop in a WiFi extender to the barn to give us the remote ability to open and shut the gate which is just out of WiFi range but it works perfectly on Bluetooth. Very impressed indeed and I dont need to spend a fortune on new remotes.
