Very poor customer service
very poor customer service.
The representative from the company forgot to write couple of things-
1. I asked to hold the order within 1 hour (about 15 minutes to be precise) after placing the order (And it was around 12:15am in the night when I ordered) and they say that it was processed immediately and shipped (in the middle of night). However it took 10 days to receive the item. Its interesting to see that they claim to be really quick to ship the order however it took 10 days to reach. This shows how customer friendly the company is.... I haven't tried the product, so cannot comment on that, however I can imagine how customer service would be if something goes wrong with the product.

For those reading this review and wondering what happened:
The buyer sent us an email asking us to hold the order an hour after placing an order, but by the time he sent the email the product was already shipped. We offered a full refund if the Buyer returns the item, but we didn't agree with paying for the return shipping.

This product, team and support from Hungry are amazing, the product delivers in every way possible as per the brief, absolutly brilliant, easy to configure and install, in addition having full end to end 256-bit encryption.
If you have an automatic door controller for your B&D or any other brands check theses guys out, all of a suudden your door will be your new best friend.
Big call out the Csaba on the support desk, truly A-grade. The Remootio is an amazing product which is 100% backed by the support team, which are on tap everyday and night, they have the model right and many vendors could learn from their approach.
Seriously people, just go and buy this unit, you will not be diappointed, actually you will be in awe.

Excellent smart product with an exceptionally helpful team!
I’m not one for leaving reviews but I was very impressed with the service from Remootio.. Best advice:
Drop the guys a message and they'll resolve any compatibility questions before you buy and send you a wiring diagram!
Smart product, smart team... Easy win for home automation without needing to pay sim fees or thousands for legacy intercoms!!
