BE AWARE OF THE SMALL PRINT!!!!
In a time where the rental market is overwhelming coming across a company called RENTOLA, going for a small charge to access their rental properties for a week.
Later I found out that they consecutively charged me $65 and another $65 without even using their Platform.
To me it seems like a scam, which is well organised

DO NOT USE this service

DO NOT USE this service. I did not sign up to this and somehow they managed to charge me for years a total of over 2 thousand dollars. When i finally found the automatic payments, they refused to refund me knowing very well i NEVER used this service. Abhinav is the person i talked to that refused to be a professional and ethical person.

They've taken $65 out of my account

They've taken $65 out of my account. I haven't used their services and cancelled subscription as soon as I saw the money charge on my phone. The money was taken without any notice. On requesting for a refund, a certain employee of theirs named Ron refused to help or process a refund but instead was very rude.
Nina was polite and helpful.
But still I haven't received a full refund from this company, considering I haven't used their services which is very unfair. Worst I have ever seen. Plus its a hoax as it doesn't help with rentals. Please be careful with their website.

DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM ONE SINGLE STAR. I’m currently homeless/in between rentals and i authorised one singular two dollar payment to be able to apply for rentals through them. As I’m broke with no income coming in needing a place to live I checked my bank and my final payment from my last job came in and the next day RENTOLA /SHITOLA took out $65 for no reason at all. And the website didn’t even help me with anything. Don’t use this heinous and evil website.

Avoid …

They said $2 per month then took out $60. There was no one to contact and no way to cancel so i had to go to the bank to cancel it. It was not a helpful app nor was it easy to use.
Would not recommend it at all.

Always check your bank statements!

Was charged by this company even though I had never heard of them, let alone agreed to any debits from my account. It took close to a month of back and forth emails, but eventually Ron was able to assist in getting my money refunded. Thanks Ron!

*Note* The company reply to this review is erroneous, in that I did NOT sign up to any subscription. My card details were used, whether mistakenly or deliberately, and it was on reviewing account statements that I became aware of the charges. I cancelled my card and contacted this company immediately, only to be hit with brick wall after brick wall. Finally assisted by Ron, it should have been left at that, only Sarah decided that to try and save face, she would write a review placing the onus on me as though I was a uneducated dimwit. Not cool Sarah, not cool at all. All that achieved was the presentation of her self as a enfant terrible, a public rebuttal and a further drop in star rating.......

This company is a scam!

This company is a scam!
They managed to withdraw money from my debit account even though I didn’t accept that payment.Their service wasn’t useful for me at all.And on the top of that they refused to refund me money.It’s not even 14 days left.Also they withdrew 39 euros for premium subscription which they didn’t provide to me.After withdrawal i sined in and the website told that I need to buy a premium subscription again!That’s insane,total scam.
Also they send you on your email address threatening messages so that if you don’t pay right now 39 euros they will sue you,take you to court!
Completely unacceptable!It’s illegal.
SCAM!Never use their website

A short but great experience

I only needed Rentola for a very short time, though I did not know that when I subscribed. Ron was extremely helpful and fast in assisting with cancellation of my membership and refunding the fee.

If ever my circumstances change and I need to rent I would go straight to Rentola. With them I know I get access to a large number of properties, carefully filtered to suit me. I also know Rentola treat me with a level of consideration hard to find these days!

They charge you $65 after a week trial…

They charge you $65 after a week trial and even after you suspend the subscription they still try and debit your bank.
Everyday for 7 days they have tried to take money from me.
I’ve now had to disable my card and be sent a replacement as Rentola aren’t able to be contacted.

Best customer service

Rentola has the best customer service. Customer service officer Nina response very quick. She resolved tge issue within a day actually not even a day within few hours after I sent an email to them.
