Our existing customers have been very appreciative of the fact that we have managed to source this particular filter to allow continuity of their work as 3M have had issues with the manufacturing and the product has been like hens teeth.

To allow us to provide this continuity we have however had to pay more for the product through a different supplier.

It is very disappointing to be given this rating. We make very little from this and are trying to keep continuity for customers. It would have been far easier for us to put the product out of stock like other companies.

As per our phone discussion following the placement of your order, we confirmed that this would in fact be delivered the next day before midday.

These were delivered at 9.54 am as discussed, however, I am very sorry to hear that the boxes delivered by DPD were wet in any way.

Even in this current extreme rainy weather, all orders should arrive dry whatever the weather.

The products have always been dispatched this way for many years to minimise waste with no issues but DPD should have taken better care of your delivery, however, we shall look at this.

They are normally very good however we shall pass this on to the DPD franchise concerned. Once again many apologies.

Update: We have since investigated what has happened with DPD after raising the complaint with them. Images have been supplied and it appears that there is very minimal water discolouration on a very small section of a box at delivery. DPD also informed us that your primary delivery preference if not available is to leave on the bin which is what they have done. The images also show there is no cover to keep deliveries safe from the weather which is most likely the reason any packages became wet. As such it would be worth having some form of cover available to ensure deliveries do not get wet.
