Good communication, price and delivery on time.

I ordered some equipment late one night. I got an immediate email in response, but heard nothing more. After a couple of days I sent an email asking about deleivery dates. First thing the next morning I got a call from the company, a guy called Matt, if I remember correctly. He said they had sent further emails, but for some reason I had not recieved them. Then he told me that my equipment would be delivered between 4 and 5 that afternoon. It was. All sorted!

Easy to deal with. Good range of product available.

Very good website, I had a problem paying for my goods, I had a phone call the next day and a very friendly member of staff helped me to make my purchse, much appreciated. Also shipping to Scotland was way cheaper than other suppliers.

The product was easy to find on your website and you always deliver as instructed and on time. The only small matter was the inner package and instructions arrived a little damp and needed drying out. Product was fine.
