My experience with the dealership has been great. The customer service team is excellent. Chris has been incredibly helpful, working with me to find appointments that work with my family’s busy schedule. He thoroughly explains what the service has covered and is happy to answer questions. Further, he contacts me as soon as he knows when the car will be ready for collection. Very helpful!

Adrian Hill was helpful and always replied on any query. He was polite and I would recommend him if you are thinking of getting a Hyundai model.

We bought an MG car from Dylan Mogg at RMG Slyfield Green. Dylan was friendly, professional and had a good knowledge base. There was a “no pressure” sales talk and he answered all our questions fully. The paperwork and purchasing was dealt with in an efficient manner and from meeting Dylan to picking up the car we were treated excellently. Good experience, without being exceptional.
Pros: Friendliness of staff. Reasonable choice of suitable cars.
Cons: Too many emails, without forewarning or explanation, between deposit and pick up.
Disappointed that, on collection, the car still had chips on the rear bumper and scratches on a rear door handle.

I bought a car through Elliot a week or so ago. Can say only good things about him and the service I received. After a tricky situation with my previous car, Elliot was more than understanding and patient whilst we got I got that sorted.
