Se realiza un primer pago por internet con descuento de como dice la promocion de supuestamene us19.99 dia adicional te ofrecen un seguro en la página US100 uno piensa que ya queda todo cuadrado. Toca realizar un segundo pago de en el momento de recojer el carro US16.99 dia segun la explicacion esto es adicional FALTANTE EL CUAL NUNCA APARECE EN LO PACTADO AL INICIO Y SALIO A ESTE PRECIO POR QUE FUI BENEFICIADO UN DESCUENTO DEL DIA 🧛♂️. LA PERLA ES QUE EL SEGURO QUE SE COMPRO AL INICIO NO SIRVE HAY QUE ADICIONAR OTRO SEGURO DE US 119. Al final del ejercicio toco pagar extra por 6 días US220 con descuento del día. Para mi concepto publicidad engañosa no recomiendo para nada esto

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that you seem not to have been informed of the terms and conditions of your rental by the booking agent with whom the reservation was placed. Terms of rental are sent to all our suppliers and they in turn send on to customers booking with them.
If you purchased the website insurance through a third party when making your booking please be aware that they do not include Liability insurance within their policy, as a requirement this will be offered at the rental counter.
FALTAL SERVICIO
Tres inconvenientes:
1. Un robo total con el seguro cobrado que inicialmente indicaron $ 25.00 y terminaron cobrando $ 42.00 y a esto sumando que tampoco fue devuelto dicho cargo.
2. La reserva estaba para check out dia 14-8-23 y según el registro ellos estaba para el 15-8-23.
3. Le deposito indicaron que eran $ 800.00 y al final fue operado $ 1000.00
Pésimo servicio.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry if there has been some form of confusion with you reservation. This was booked through a third party and I have checked the reservation the return date is scheduled for the 8-14-23. I also checked you booking confirmation and this reservation was a basic rate which does not include insurance, the holding fee (deposit) was actually 1440.00 USD, I am unsure who supplied the information to you that the deposit would be just 800.00USD.
Please check 4.1 of the booking confirmation. A 1440.00 USD holding deposit is required to be paid by the lessee to the lessor at the commencement of the rental period.
La peor de toda Grecia
Da igual como devuelvas el coche, se quedarán con tu fianza de 1000 €, y lo harán cuando estés volando a tu casa. No te olvides, contrata el seguro a todo riesgo, pero no con ellos.

Carro no en tan buenas condiciones
Carro no en tan buenas condiciones, parabrisas oscuro lo que dificultaba manejar, tanque de gasolina a la mitad a l hora de entrega, informalidad a la hora de entregar, y lo más importante, me cobraron el doble de lo que pagué al inicio, cuando me entregaron el auto.

El timo del lavado de coche
El último día nos cobraron 20 € por no haber lavado el coche, cuando paramos hasta en tres gasolineras para poder lavarlo y todos los túneles de lavado estaban cerrados. Me indican que lo podía haber lavado otro día (lógicamente el coche se lava el último día). Seguidamente revisan el coche centímetro a centímetro en busca de cualquier minúsculo defecto, como si fueran de la policía judicial en busca de huellas dactilares. Lo cual, les causa un gran malestar, por no encontrar ninguno defecto. Mi sensación fue que buscarían cualquier excusa para inventarse algún defecto y quedarse con la reserva de 1000 €. Un final de viaje incómodo y desagradable

With regards to the return of the vehicle we do understand that vehicles may get a little dirty when driving in the heat and sand etc, the branch should only charge a cleaning fee if the vehicle is returned dirty.

Alquilamos con esta empresa por el precio, el auto estaba bien, el tema es que nos cobraron muchas cosas que no estaban en el precio por el que alquilamos.

Thank you for your feedback, the rate of your booking which was made through a third party was a basic rate, this rate does not include insurance nor Sunpass.
If you purchased website insurance through the third party when making your booking please be aware that these insurers do include Liability within their policy, as a requirement at this location customers will be offered to purchase this at the counter.

El carro que me entregaron no correspondía al que seleccioné en la página. Y me cobraron un seguro adicional mucho más caro que la renta del vehículo. Además, dicho seguro no tuvo ningún soporte documental donde se probara que el seguro sí había sido adquirido.

Please note that if you purchased website insurance when making your booking with the third party they do not include Liability within their policy and as a requirement this will need to be purchased at the counter. With regards to the vehicle,we are unable to guarantee that the vehicle offered will be the same make/model as the one chosen when making your booking, however we will offer a vehicle within the same class/category.

Desde que llegamos al lugar a recoger…
Desde que llegamos al lugar a recoger el carro no encontrábamos la oficina por que están dentro del parqueadero y no hay letreros que indiquen que existen y la única oficina que hay no dan información de nada. Nos pusieron a ir de un lugar a otro hasta que alguien nos aclaro que había que entrar al parqueadero y buscarlos adentro.
Lo peor fue que con tiempo hicimos la reserva por Expedia pagamos un carro en renta por una semana lo mas económico posible nos cobraron casi $200 y 15 días después con el stress que llevábamos 1 hora buscando el lugar, mas el afán que necesitábamos el carro urgente el funcionario nos cobra $210 mas.
Al otro día llamamos a preguntar por que nos cobraron 2 veces...la explicación fue que mi sunpass no le servía a este carro rentado y que mi seguro tampoco y que mi tarjeta de crédito tenia seguro para carros rentados pero aun así me cobraron $150 de seguro.
Hemos rentado en muchos lugares en Estados unidos y aquí en la florida pero ustedes han sido nuestra peor experiencia.

When you arrive at Ft Lauderdale Airport DO NOT LEAVE THE AIRPORT CALL US AT +19549086372 TO SCHEDULE YOUR PICK UP.
"If customer is using their own insurance, then the proof of insurance shown must be valid for a
minimum of 45 days in order for it to be accepted. Also we require it to have a minimum of SLI coverage of 500,000.00 USD if not the customer must purchase SLI Insurance to be covered to a value of 500.000,00 USD at the counter for a cost of 24.95 USD per day excluding tax.
Credit Card or Website Insurance is accepted but please note this does not cover Third Party Liability so the customer must purchase Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL) with the cover of 500,000.00 USD at the counter.
Sunpass is optional, although customers can decline this at the rental desk if you choose to do so you will be responsible to pay a 25USD admin fee plus toll charge for every toll used, our vehicles are registered under our corporate SunPass account and customers cannot use their own.

No era el coche pedido. Sucio. Estafa con el seguro!!!
El coche no era el que habíamos reservado y era viejisimo y lleno de golpes. El coche estaba sucio y olía a tabaco. El checkin es fuera del aeropuerto y tardaron mucho en venir a buscarnos y también en dar el coche una vez llegados a la oficina. A pesar de que con DiscoverCars ya tenía un seguro a todo riesgo contratado me dijeron que ellos no estaban conectados con la otra empresa y que si había un accidente tendría que pagar yo toda la reparación y luego reclamar a dicovercars. Al final para no tener problemas con un coche tan viejo y desgastado decidimos volver a pagar un seguro todo riesgo con rightcars que nos encareció el alquiler 350e. Una estafa!! No recomiendo masa esta empresa local no hacer reservas con super buscadores como dicovercars. Un servicio horrible!

Please note that all customers should receive prior to collection our terms and conditions which state that in the event that the customer has purchased insurance from a third party company to insure against the "Damage Excess" the customer must pay the branch the full amount of the "Damage Excess" and claim the value of the "Damage Excess" against the insurance they have purchased from third party company.
The original damage excess under this rental agreement was 2000.00 USD, however by purchasing the full insurance this reduced the excess to Zero along with reducing the amount of deposit required.
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the make/model of the vehicle will be the same as the one chosen on the website, we do always offer customers vehicles within the same class/category and if not available a free upgrade will be offered. With regards to the condition of the vehicle, we do expect our vehicles to go out clean and in good repair, apart from a few scratches and dents that does not make a vehicle mechanically unsound. Please advise did you notify the staff when doing the inspection of your concerns? they will if possible offer alternative vehicles if made aware that the vehicle is not at the expected standard.
