Having reviewed your journey, we emailed your renewal invite in plenty of time on the 9th May 2026 to start on the 1st June 2026. You called and accepted this renewal on the 11th May 2026, with the policy documents sent on the same day.

Moved insurance to RightSure to make a small saving and then had the hassle of submitting proof of no claims, driving license and driving history. Never had to do this with any other insurer.
