Moved insurance to RightSure to make a small saving and then had the hassle of submitting proof of no claims, driving license and driving history. Never had to do this with any other insurer.

A brilliant experience
Easy to use website and very helpful person on the phone with no waiting time and no silly music. Price compares favourably with our last company which was just online with only robots to talk to. This company has an office which is properly manned and the member of staff could not have been nicer or more helpful and patient. Extremely pleased and grateful to have found this company.

Simple process and value for money
I had a call from rightsure re my car insurance renewal.
I would likely have forgotten unless I was reminded.
I was pleasantly surprised to hear my car insurance this year had been reduced. I couldn’t compete with this price shopping around and renewed there and then. The whole process took about 5 minutes 10/10. 👍
