Helaas niet te spreken over de service van hun! Ik had een stof besteld, deze was perfect van kleur zoals ik het wil. Maar bij nader inzien leek te kleur te afwijken van de fotos. Dus toen ik opnieuw de stof ging bestellen ging ik heel erg twijfelen. Dus de andere roze besteld omdat deze exact op de kleur leek die ik thuis had. Toen ik de stof ontving leek het wel oranje ipv roze. De stof wijkt echt niet een klein beetje af. Maar echt gigantisch, als je ze mailt dan krijg je terug dat je eerst een stofstaaltje moet bestellen. (Ik had de stof al in huis, maar ging twijfelen door de foto's van de website). Ik mag het niet retour sturen of er is geen andere oplossing vanuit hun. Want volgens hun is de stof maatwerk, m.i. is maatwerk iets wat je niet kunt verkopen met een naam erop. Dat is in dit geval helemaal niet zo.. Echt mega slechte service, bij zo een groot bedrijf zou je anders verwachten. Hopelijk komt er nog een oplossing vanuit jullie!

I ordered some samples from Rijs Textiles for an important project. They took a month to arrive, so before they got here, I ordered from a different store, and I'm glad I did. When they finally did arrive, they are crudely stapled to a piece of paper and are so chopped up they can't even be called samples. These were just scraps they had laying around. There is one "bite" mark of pinking sheers on the corner of one sample, so they do have them, yet the rest of the sample (and the others) was cut with normal scissors, which means it almost frayed into nothing. Two of the samples are for stretch fabric, yet the samples don't stretch. They are too small to be able to stretch, so even if I was still interested in buying from them, I still have no idea if the fabric would be suitable. These "samples" have left me with 0 confidence in their fabrics.

Ho ricevuto un tessuto di colore diverso da quello ordinato. Il servizio clienti ha accampato la scusa che a monitor si possono verificare "leggere discrepanze di colore". Così devo tenermi un tessuto di un colore completamente diverso, nonché terribile
