Hello Grethel, I’m sorry the weight loss program and the $900 charge weren’t clear. I understand why an unexpected charge would be concerning, and I’d like to review it with you personally.
The monthly membership includes access to a provider, Care Team support, weight loss medication options, a nutrition plan, a workout plan, and help seeking insurance coverage for a preferred medication. If insurance does not cover the prescription, a provider may be able to prescribe a non-GLP medication included with the membership. GLP-1 medications have an additional cost.

SCAM and fraudulent
SCAM and fraudulent! They advertise a $39 fee which they refunded and make it look like your account is cancelled. Then not even a month later was charged $135 for nothing but medical support by providers, one on one coaching and I was not contacted, emailed or even told if I was approved the first time I was charged. They absolutely will not refund you and were even sent a warning letter by the FDA in July of this year. The GLP is additional charges of $199 if approved. Customer service is terrible and they continued to repeat my name over and over incorrectly and kept saying they understood my frustration. Do your research and go with a reputable company that has positive reviews. Lesson learned to do this myself. So angry and frustrated!!!

I was only supposed to be charged $39 one time for a doctor consult after getting off the phone they had charged my card $329 after calling and trying to get my money back four days. I called back yesterday and they changed your number or it was disconnected. I am very displeased with this service and this is fraud. I would not trust them or refer them to anyone.
