Very easy to order the equipment. Arrived on time. The Gold bike is great. Would highly recommend Roger Black.

Our order arrived when expected and although the box was damaged the bike was intact.
Assembly took two of us and the instructions could have been clearer to aid Assembly.
The bike is now in daily use by two of us. We find it smooth when cycling and it is helpful to have the display showing distance, heart rate, calories used, recovery etc.
The downside is the following:
- cannot store settings or results for each person.
- the instructions do not explain the different programs.
- the seat adjustment is not easy to alter for different people.
- the rider needs to have both hands on the handles for a to show the heart rate. Having a drink necessitates taking a hand off.
- the recovery button has to be pressed within 5 seconds for it to work (explained in the instructions). That does not allow enough time to record the data from the ride and use the recovery mode. Having a memory for each individual would help.
It was a pity we didn't know this before purchasing the bike however we have never had an exercise bike before and it ticks many of the boxes we wanted without taking on a subscription and paying significantly more for the bike.@l

Pre-ordered an exercise bike. Delivery time was in line with expectation set during purchase. Online order was efficient and easy. Company answered my email questions quickly and provided the answers I was looking for. They also kept in touch with periodic updates about the order.

A solid state machine. Easy to use. Fair price.

I found communication from Miranda very prompt and helpful when checking on delivery for my pre ordered gold bike. The main problem was with the delivery company. Trying to coordinate and communicate with them was frustrating.
Unfortunately the bike was damaged when I received it. Again Miranda was very efficient in sorting out a replacement but delivery company again an issue when sorting out a date. No phone number to speak to a “real person” just a message service to leave your details as not manned .
Better team delivered it second time around time .
Pleased with the bike, sturdy and fitness program fits what I wanted.

Quality piece of kit. Easy to assemble - well my husband did it. The bike is really comfortable and surprisingly quiet. I can use it in my spare bedroom early in the morning without disturbing the family. Well worth the money.

Great product, easy to put together with clear instructions and all parts clearly marked. My husband is recovering from I'll health and the bike is ideal to build his strength back up, also easy to move around

Had some issues at first but help we received was amazing. Great communication, even at the weekend. Emma and Miranda, particularly helpful.

Amazing quality products! I've had a silver Roger Black exercise bike now for 5 years, and it's so reliable that I've done over 9999km on it and I'm back through to zero and beyond! It's got me through a bad knee injury and keeps on going!

The Roger Black gold treadmill is everything we expected, easy to install and easy to use.

It arrived when said.
Only point the delivery firm need to be told the tread mill must remain flat. Had issues with excess oil on the runner due to it being stood on its side.

Finally one for the designers, the space where a bottle stands tends to fall over when running.

Otherwise good value for the money.

I strongly suggest not to purchase from Roger Black, once the warranty is expired you are doomed. The support from them is zero and you are left to contact other parties who unfortunately know less than I do. Furthermore any repair will cost you a lot of money. If you are interested on the details keep reading.
I purchased a Roger Black exercise bicycle a couple of years ago, via Argos. Everything was fine until recently when the bike starting to show E1 and E2 you errors. So I started doing some research about those error codes to find out that there is nothing online to help you on troubleshooting. So I tried to contact the original Argos support number but with no answer so I then contacted Roger Black directly via email (as specified in their website), and after 2 weeks still none bothered to answer the email. In the meantime I also contacted Roger Black Fitness, who could not provide any details about those error codes either and suggested to contact a different company, Fitness Equipment Services, who also did not show much certainties about those errors and suggested that it could be either, the motor, the computer or the cable. Keep in mind this bike has 5 electrical parts in total, the 3 already mentioned plus the charger and the movement sensor, which of course we can exclude both since they are working. So the given option would be to purchase those parts without knowing which one will actually address the issue or get some specialist to check the problem for a round £100, plus the cost of the parts and possible the repair itself. One more information apparently Roger Black Fitness contacted also Roger Black directly to get more information about these errors but without any success. Is buying Roger Black worth the risk? I will leave the final decision to you

The bike was easy to assemble, is solid and robust, very quiet in use and comfortable. Compact when folded. Good value.

Purchased the folding treadmill which has been great to use, I am able to walk and run on this model and also great for saving space. Customer service has been EXCELLENT even had a call from Roger, would definitely recommend the range of equipment

Total efficiency. I've noticed slight damage on the product but do not know if it was like that when it arrived.
