Our daughter has given us a Roger Black Gold exercise bike as she found it hard to use.
Basically it is hard to pedal an seems to have just has one tension setting whatever the 1-8 dial is set to making it hard to pedal. I have checked as far as I can and can't find anything obviously wrong.

UPDATE
The problem was located to the tension clip behind the 1-8 resistance knobs. It had come adrift and was effectively at maximum tension. No perfect

Took approx 2 hours for my husband to put together, but good instructions. Crosstrainer is very sturdy, just getting used to it. Just put the radio on and go for it!

The foldable exercise bike is a very good size and can be tucked into a corner of a room, without being too bulky. It was fine to assemble and feels sturdy. Perfect for at home exercising: time / calories / distance / pulse display. Although there was a problem with the first bike, I contacted customer services, who were excellent. Within a couple of days I had a brand new bike delivered without any quibbles. I would certainly buy from Roger Black again; the products are very good and the customer care is exemplary.
