Great Service and quality cruises
Great selection of cruises with good itineraries and like that packages where good value and available are included. We have booked a quite a few of our cruises through ROL as we have found that the Cruise Consultants are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in finding best cabins to suit us as well as deals or onboard credit available throughout the booking process. Paperwork is thorough and emailed promptly.

Avoid ROL
Don’t use ROL as a third party to book your cruise with P and O Ferries. I am trying to cancel the cruise I booked and get a refund. ROL say they won’t handle my query and refer me to P & O! So I go to P & O who refer me back to ROL. And im the customer stuck in the middle! Will someone please take responsibility. Ref 530547

As discussed, any changes or transfers are subject to the cruise line's terms and conditions, and we are currently awaiting a response from P&O Cruises. Unfortunately, this process can take a few days as requests must be submitted directly to them for consideration.
We understand that waiting for an outcome can be frustrating, but please be assured that we are doing everything we can to support you and will be in touch as soon as we receive an update.
