Would not buy from this company again due to no customer service. Contact number no longer accepting calls. Only part order arrived with no notification of when or if getting the missing items. Then turned up 10 days later.

Quick delivery but not all items arrived and there is no customer service at Roxy

Still awaiting a refund that was received back to them on 9th July 2026. You can't call them as they say they are too busy and they don't answer email requests either. Very poor. I will be requesting a charge back via my bank. Will not be using this company again!

Would give zero stars if I could. Returned an order 22 days ago and despite numerous online and email queries I only get automated responses. Tracking shows they have received it but they don’t answer emails or queries with any personalised responses. Just done by a robot!! Really frustrating and I will NEVER buy from them again

I ordered directly from Roxy expecting a smooth experience, but unfortunately it has been disappointing. My order consisted of three items, yet only two arrived. The missing item was a pair of neoprene booties that I had already paid for.

I never received a dispatch confirmation email, and even after the parcel was delivered, my online order still showed all three items as “Preparing for delivery” and “In Progress.” This made it impossible to tell whether the missing item had been omitted, was being sent separately, or had been lost.

To make matters worse, the customer contact form on the website was not working, leaving me with no straightforward way to report the problem.

I’m hopeful this will be resolved, but the ordering process, communication and order tracking have all been far below what I’d expect when ordering directly from the brand.

Product delivery is fast, gives update and perks. Products quality are a match to the price.

Delivery didn't take long, product carefully packaged, item looks and feels great, communication from Roxy has been good too and the icing on the cake was the item being reduced in the sale :-)

I ordered £339 worth of goods and returned £295.75
(I reordered and paid for some different sizes that we have kept)
The tracking on the web site said the returns are in their depot so after a week I emailed asking where my refund was.
Their policy is refunds are issued, wait maximum 10 working days.
After 11 working days I emailed again asking where my money is and got no reply.
Today is 16 working days after they received my order and still no refund, and still no reply from customer services.

In summary, great products, but if they are not the right size or fit and you return them, you do not get your refund within the 10 WORKING days.

I bought these tops in the Flash sale so I was particularly pleased with the price. The design and quality are fab. They are fun to wear. Efficient service and postage. Wonderful

I ordered two pairs of sliders came back very quickly they were as described,great quality,great price I was very satisfied with my purchase.

Need to chase up if you want to get a refund to them, sends an automated response saying to wait 10 working days despite 10 working days already being passed. Don’t order from them.

Absolutely appalling, I won’t be buying from them again. I’ve opened a case with Trading Standards! My returns have been sent back and received and no refund. I’ve chased multiple times and all I get is an automated response. Really terrible, wish I had looked on here at reviews prior to ordering as I wouldn’t have touched them! Don’t bother buying from them.

No communication, no idea where my package was. It took almost 3 weeks to arrive. No response to request for help. Customer service non-existent.

Missing 2 items from my order and no one is replying to my many emails. Very disappointing. Will never order from them again.

Customer service was/is awful. I have had to try to resolve the issue through other ways which have not involved Roxy because of their poor communication and service
