Love Roxy, no fast fashion just lovely , comfortable clothing that fits well and has the quality to last

I returned my item, and it arrived with Roxy on the 22nd of June according to tracking. I still haven't received my £55 refund and all my emails are being ignored. It has now been fourteen working days since they received my return, so they have effectively stolen my money and won't give it back. Never buying from this brand again. Have had to contact my bank to raise a dispute.

Excellent value for money. So comfortable to wear. Easy transaction. Quick delivery.

Appalling customer service. I returned my order well within the period following all of their rules and haven’t received my refund. I have sent multiple support emails that have gone unanswered.

Very similar experience to the last reviewer. Ordered a skirt on the 16th June, still states preparing on order summary. I have emailed several times - no response. I have also telephoned, however automated response tells me to ring during opening hours. I am ringing during opening hours! I won’t be buying from them again. How do you raise a dispute?

Appalling customer service; item not sent after 10 days and no delivery update or status. Multiple emails and online forms sent, no response at all. Given a phone number that has an automated voice to say they are closed. I will never buy from this company again and have raised an official dispute.

I bought a raffia backpack from Roxy UK and I absolutely loved it. The design is beautiful, and the quality is really good. It looks exactly like the pictures on the website. The delivery was fast and the item arrived safely at my home. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy again.

Appalling customer service sent order back with proof of delivery and wouldn’t refund. Beware

Ordered a bikini June 19th - still haven’t even received notification to say it’s been dispatched. Contacting ‘customer service’’ results in automated messages which are of no help whatsoever. Given up hope of receiving my order before I go on holiday. Incredibly frustrating experience.

Still waiting for my order. Customer services won’t respond to me. Roxy seem to have forgotten they are a customer facing business. AVOID.

Wrong colour was green not blue and awaiting a refund no sign of it item has been received back but I'm still out of pocket and being replied to by botts to wait another 10 days in top of 5 working days and a weekend already !

Do NOT order from them.
Don't appear to give refunds if you want to return products. Owed over £100.
Hopefully credit card company will fight this battle now.

My overall experience with Roxy has been fantastic, easy to order and customer service where quick to respond. The products are good value for money. Each summer I reorder items for my holiday.

A great choice, and the most comfortable flip flops from the time I first put them on.

I have been trying to contact customer services for over 2 weeks now and haven’t had a response. As I live in the uk there is no free contact number so I’m having to use online channels. I have emailed around 10 times along with messaging on instagram and I am still yet to receive a response. I have a fault product which cost £135. This needs to be replaced or refunded but all they seem to be doing is avoiding this situation. I have spent over £800 on Roxy this year alone and won’t be spending another penny until this situation is resolved. I usually like Roxy products but after this experience I won’t be shopping here again. Never been so disappointed with customer service.

Bought a swimsuit from Roxy for £50. Within one use, the fibres were fraying and loose. I contacted customer services (who took a month to reply), denying that there was anything wrong with the item and that it was down to my usage.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Roxy has gone downhill massively. Poor quality items and even poorer customer service.
