Ruk Bikes Opiniones

I ordered a wheel that came quickly. It was not a match so requested a return that was accepted and processed in a reasonable time.

Needed a couple of spare wheels quickly that are ready to go incase of emergency. Ruk bikes provide a very easy solution. Easy to use menu on their website providing a range of options to suit all budgets. Already had to use the front spare as suffered a glass shard puncture in my original tyre two days after they arrived. The new spare wheel fits perfectly and runs beautifully smooth.
I chose mainly the cheapest components as I only wanted spares but, will certainly consider Ruk Bikes when I upgrade the originals.

Nice MTB Wheels, Website is very easy to use, Lovely 1st Class postage

Wrong order was sent, takes weeks to solve a return. This is unacceptable

Great price and fast delivery. Thanks.

Lewis communicated well and was really helpful. Prices were good, would definitely recommend

All good. Prompt and efficient. Thanks.

Very helpful and friendly advice given over phone re: wheel specs before purchase.

There was a mistake with a wrong order which they quickly rectified once aware of it but then bit of chasing was then needed to get a returns label for it but which was eventually sent.

However they helped me with a store credit enquiry and wait for replacement order not too long.

The water bottle is excellent. Keeping fluids cool. The flask is light, robust and no valves!!
Highly recommend. Ruk bikes delivered really quickly. Excellent overall

Service provided was excellent. Delivery time excellent. Quality of the product purchased excellent. Overall I'm quite happy with everything.

Perfect. Quick easy delivery. Good customer service and very quick and polite workers

Very happy with my purchases from rideUK, best price i could find by some way and my sunglasses arrived in 24hrs, will be shopping there again.

Quick response, knowledgeable, helpful and fast delivery.

I did not receive my order. But the customer service after the fact was prompt, courteous and professional. I cancelled the order so no rating of the product, but service was restorative. Failure of USPS is no reflection on this good company

excellent product, arrived quickly and well packaged, would recommend

I messed up my order, waited for several weeks before asking to return it, and Kevin responded really quickly with a returns label. Top service, thanks.

Exactly what I was after at a good price. Arrived promptly and very well packed. I had entered an on line chat prior to purchase which provided all the right information. Excellent se4vice, will definitely use again.

The mudguards look great but I am hanging on to the old ones until they break again. I’m keeping these new ones in reserve until the old mudguards break. I’ve repaired the old front mudguard with pop rivets but I don’t think it’ll last long. So I can’t give a review of the new mudguards yet. I haven’t even opened the package yet. Could not possibly comment.
