Have just finished transforming my kitchen using Rustoleum ti!e paint "Lilac Rhapsody" satin finish. Cannot praise this tile paint highly enough for ease of use, depth of colour and amazing realistic finish.
I covered what were truly horrendous brown and orange tiles in a chequered pattern.
Thoroughly prepared the surfaces and even masked
off the grout lines which I smartened up with a grout pen before applying a coat of "Rustoleum" clear Matt varnish over the whole tile surface. The whole process has been well worth the effort knowing that the alternative could have been hundreds of pounds spent on new tiles.

I ordered paint samples and one was completely hard and dried out. I requested a refund and it still hasn't arrived. I ordered further samples and again one was sent completely hard and dried out. I requested a replacement and instead have been sent a box of completely different samples that i never ordered. I'm still waiting and now can't get a response to emails and there's no contact no.! Awful awful customer service.

PaInt my kitchen tiles with 4 layers ( bought too much paint). At the beginning was looking amazing after 2 months color start ripping off. Poor quality paint

The choice of colours and the quality of the paint is exceptional so keep up the good work and quality,
The only downside was that we changed our mind on the colour but was too late to change it so we had to wait for it to be delivered then arrange a return which I found very expensive to return at nearly £15, not sure it it would be possible for you to offer some sort of discounted returns rate just a thought.

Ich habe Möbel mit Kreidelack von Rust-Oleum gestrichen. Leider steht auf der Dose nirgendwo, dass man die Farbe zwingend mit Klarlack versiegeln muss. Ohne Versiegelung ist die Farbe allerdings nicht einmal wischfest. Man kann sie nicht einmal mit einem feuchten Lappen abwischen.
So etwas sollte deutlich auf dem Produkt vermerkt sein.

Comme j'etait impatiente de tester un beau Vert sauge sur mon vieux carrelage gris de salle de bain.
Comme j'ai ete decue ! Malgres une preparation serieuse de la zone a peindre : poncage, degraissage (3x), 2 passage a l'acetone pour respzcter les "regles" pour un beau rendue...
Couleur fade (le vert sauge est vraiment TRES pale)
Pouvoir de couvrance extremement moyenne. Il va falloir que je pense a une 3 eme couche + vernus brillant, parce que la peinture me semble fragile et erraflable.

Update J+3 : erratum et mea culpa. Couleur très joli apres séchage (bien que très pastel) , couvrance très bien apres 3 passages. Mais de facto pas assez de produit pour peaufiner ma petite surface.
Recommandation perso : si vous peignez du fonce avec du clair, mettez un avant !

Used Rust-Oleum kitchen tile paint and kitchen cupboard paint to update my kitchen. W3 are amateur at DIY o nervous about this task. Excellent results. The finish was superb and the paint easy to apply (preparation I.e cleaning sanding priming was important). Also contacted the company for advice on which primer to use their recommendation was excellent.

Bought Rust-Oleum Satin Kitchen cupboard paint in Hessian and it’s completely transformed my kitchen. My Kitchen cupboards are handmade in oak and have never been painted or varnished but after many years were looking tired and needed updating. This paint goes on really well and two coats have done the job. I used one and a half 750ml tins to finish the job and I think it looks amazing. Wish I could put up before & after pics!!
Delivery was quick with no issues at.

Great product .Next day free delivery. Paint is so easy to apply. Good coverage. Non odorous. Brushes easy to clean because it's water based. Great colour choices. Only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars, was it's hard to return products. You have to email and I haven't had a reply as yet after a couple of days. If this was resolved, I'd definitely give the extra star ⭐

Terrible customer service, completely non existent in fact. Ordered a tin of paint then realised it wouldn't suit for our project. Contacted them well within the 14 days but no reply. Their hello@ email just bounces back.
Really poor that Rust-Oleum who used to be a good company are now just a rip off internet scam.

I ordered three of the craft paint colours, which arrived quickly the next day. One of the paints had the wrong colour inside, but when I contacted them about it they sent out a new one completely free of charge. Paints are lovely colours and great quality, will definitely order again.

30/9/25 I never got the paint. Fedex say they delivered it and I signed for it and they have CCTV (dashcam?) footage showing the driver at my house but I was there all day and heard nothing. When I got the email saying it was delivered I looked around outside but there was nothing there so where the paint is I have no idea. Rustoleum need to use a better delivery service than fedex.

UPDATE 3/10/25 fedex are sending the delivery driver back to see if he can find the package, so they are making an effort, so I'm changing this from 1 star to 3 stars

UPDATE 6/10/25 fedex found the package, they delivered it to the right house number but the wrong street, so I have the paint now and it looks pretty good, updating rating to 4 stars

Colours and product range are amazing however unfortunately for 3 reasons i am very disappointed.

I was invited to review the paint samples for their own website so I did. Unfortunately the paint does not match the description. I ordered matt wall and ceiling samples , but this is false as the the paint is literally shiny. Its not even eggshell .it is clearly satin/silk+.

All other brands' washable paints manage to keep it looking matt but not rustoleum. I've literally spent £100s on paint samples Tring to find perfect shades. Wilko, dulux, dunelm, crown , frenchic, farrow and ball, Craig and rose... I FINALLY found perfect colours with rustoleum- ended up
ordering 15+ colours and they were all like shiny so not a one off.

Due to this I mentioned that the paints were not matt as per the description. There should not be glare on matt paint. However my review has been rejected due to not being 5 stars. This means that their ratings on their own website can't be trusted as they only select high ratings so intentionally misleading.

Why not just call the paint what it is? I.e. Silk.

To top it off I thought I was try a sample of the chalky matt , which is meant to have zero sheen as far as I'm aware. I have wilko flat matt and it is stunning. The problem was I had to do 5 coats of a dark colur over a light colour so I would nt buy wilko again.

Received rustoleum chalky matt and it was as shiny , if not shinier than the matt!! Its bordeline gloss. I thought there must be a problem with the batches because this can't be right. They must have been packaged wrong? It's so frustrating that pictures can't be uploaded.

The colours and product range amazing however sadly, as stated , therefore I may just have to get valspar to colour match so I can get the same colour without the shine

Placed an order which was due to be delivered the next day, didn’t arrive then had to wait all weekend for it to be due the Monday still no delivery and the delivery company claiming to have attempted delivery, that’s was now 2 days sat in waiting as someone has to be in to take the delivery. Then had to chase the delivery down the street the following day as he was going to drive off again without attempting delivery. I contacted rustoleum to tell them how unsatisfied I was with the service provided and asked for some sort of compensation for all the hassle caused (all the waiting in on top of me being my husbands carer and not been able to take him out) to be told that once it leaves their warehouse it is out of their control. I ordered from them not from FedEx so my issue is with them, they then offer me 10% off if I wanted to order from them again (1. I wouldn’t order from them again, 2. 10% off next order of which anyone can get on the website at the minute) I wouldn’t order not recommend them at all. Poor customer service not a care in the world.

More appalling customer service and the response to my previous complaint (see below) is a total lie. I finally got an actual response by email after 3 weeks of chasing these idiots for information on my order and then they insisted that FedEx had delivered the paint cans to my neighbour next door even though they hadn't. I checked with my neighbours immediately and of course they got nothing. They have finally begrudgingly agreed to refund the money and cancel the order. Who knows how long this will take! Blaming one poor person taking annual leave as BS for having crappy customer service is NOT good enough folks nor is blaming whatever rubbish internal systems you use for contacting couriers etc. How is this company even in business and operating if this is how their customer service operates. Goodbye and good riddance!!

Bought bathroom tile paint. Has worked really well. Quick delivery and have lovely wide choice of colours available

Painted my decking rails in Greencroft garden paint. Paint went on like a dream and coverage was great, 2.5 litres went a really long way. Possibly the best outdoor paint I’ve ever used! Upcycled a couple of planters using their universal metallic paint, they look fab and again a tiny pot went a long, long way. Going forward this’ll be the only paint I buy! Would upload photos but can’t see anything that allows me to.
