I work away and I had very narrow window to process my house purchase, I was very high maintenance and probably quite annoying!! Geraldine and the team were so helpful and accommodating, allowing me to get surveys done etc before completion and being very communicative throughout the whole process, it was nice to feel like a customer as opposed to a name on a spreadsheet!

Zoe started everything off perfectly, she came out, took all the photos of the property and created the listing, all with a friendly and professional attitude.

Throughout the process I then dealt with Kirsten, the sales negotiator who was absolutely brilliant and always at the end of the phone when needed. She kept me informed at every stage, ensuring I was always in the loop and even went above and beyond for us towards the end to push the chain forward and get the sale & purchase over the line.

Excellent service. Very professional, knowledgeable staff. As non-UK residents we thought it would be a difficult process. From my initial contact by phone with Mitchell, valuation with Zoé and Ewan to the very quick sale of the house was practically stress free.All the staff at the branch in Ashton were superbly friendly when I visited. They were so good that I didn't bother getting quotes from other agencies! The online tracker is great, full of useful information too. The number of viewings in such a short space of time was incredible thanks to the hard work of all the R&D team. My email inbox has never been busier with so many updates of viewings. I was supplied with details of an excellent solicitor. Thanks also to Zara who provided assistance with insurance for an empty property. All these things would have been very difficult if it had not been for the excellent team at the Ashton under Lyne branch. Arranging everything by myself from outside the UK would have been a nightmare. Special thanks to Emmy who 'held my hand' until completion. Emmy was easily contactable, friendly.
