I can’t recommend Ryder & Dutton highly enough. After having two previous estate agents who failed to sell our house, Ryder & Dutton sold it within the first week.
A special mention has to go to Jacqueline Gartshore, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. I know I probably pestered her quite a bit, but she was always patient, professional, friendly and incredibly responsive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she kept me informed every step of the way, which really put my mind at ease.
The whole team were professional, proactive and genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line.

From the very first day we met Ryan (who came to value the house and put on the market) we knew we’d picked the right estate agency. He kept things moving along…liaising with solicitors, he kept me up to date and make sure there were no additional delays. Excellent handling of the sale. We were selling the family home after my Mum's death, and Ryder & Dutton were very good, working to timescales that suited us, not just them. The team were all very professional, and easy to deal with, achieving a very good price, in a short period of time. They worked well with our solicitor to achieve an efficient conveyancing

From the initial contact with Ryder & Dutton through to the sale completion their staff could not have been more helpful and supportive. Ryan held my hand from the start, then Katelyn guided me through the whole process, with Charlotte taking charge when colleagues were unavailable. They were unfailingly professional, efficient and genuinely cared that everything worked out well.
