I have just ‘ exchanged contracts’ on my deceased mother’s house in Simmondley as I write this and all I can say is Ryder & Dutton offer an outstanding service and I wish this estate agency stretched to the Wirral.
From meeting Damien O’Grady who valued the family house (and it was Ryder & Dutton we chose from meeting a number of estate agents) to the first class service I have received especially from Ryan Jackson (he is a credit to this estate agency)Although I could use the tracker to keep in touch as to who had offered for our family house and how the sale/searches were going it was the personal touch from Ryan that counted. Ryan was extremely professional but friendly. He understood the decisions I made as to why I had chosen particular buyers and emailed but certainly kept in touch with phone calls as to how the house sale was progressing. I especially valued this, as not living in the area, it was difficult to not pop into the estate agents. I found it easier having Ryan ‘in the know’ rather than contacting our solicitor. Ryan’s full support enabled the house sale to go through extremely smoothly and I will always be extremely thankful for his help and support.

We had a fantastic experience purchasing a property through the Glossop branch. We were helped throughout the process by Ryan Jackson. Ryan did an incredible job keeping the process moving; he was always quick to respond, happy to help with any questions we had, and went the extra mile to make sure that all parties knew what was going on at all times.

Ryan Jackson was absolutely amazing. He was always available to help and Nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond, kept me fully updated and chased things to ensure we got it over the line. Honestly believe without him my house move wouldn't have happened.

All round a great experience with Ryder and Dutton as first time buyers. Ryan and Adam are always great with communication, which I appreciate a lot in this process. Ryan always has the time to make things clear and explain things at the basic level of comprehension I need because I'm a total amateur in this! and it was always a nice chat and some funny banter at the same time. I had a fine experience with them.

Communication was excellent during the entire process. I got regular phone calls with updates, including when there was no news but to reassure me of next steps. Both Ryan and Adam were excellent throughout.
