Although Ryder and Dutton were our vendors estate agent, they were very helpful when we had questions about the property we were looking to purchase and acting very professional when dealing with us

Geraldine Marsden our Move Manager has been excellent in keeping us up to date with progress of the sale of the property. Put on the market at the beginning of January and sold by the 13th February!!! Jamie Clayton has also been very helpful. The staff at the Rawtenstall branch are all a really friendly bunch. Lovely team, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind humans that have made a very stressful experience bearable by being so thoughtful and honest. Matt has always been at the other end of the phone, and responded to any emails, and been straight to the point with me about anything we needed to know or asked him. It takes a lot to stay professional when things test us, and when things go wrong that are out of our control, but Matt has remained calm and professional throughout and it has meant the world to know I can call/email and actually get an honest response. Jamie, Jaimie, and Adam are all so lovely. Sue and John could sell snow to inuits, amazing sales representatives, and so friendly and helpful. They're a credit to the company, and the office staff put up with way more than they should.
If I ever have the misfortune of having to move house again, I'll be tracking Matt down.
