We had some difficulty with the sellers solicitors but Catherine went above and beyond to help hurry the process along. Catherine was polite, friendly and helpful throughout a stressful time. She did more than within her job role to help. We can’t thank you enough and we are super happy in our lovely home!

She was really knowledgeable on the available properties and within a short time gave us details of a property in the style we were looking for which we proceeded to purchase. We recently purchased a property from a vendor selling through Ryder & Dutton, however, I would really recommend them for how pro-active and engaging they were for us as buyers.

Ryder & Dutton based in Slaithwaite and our agent Laura was a great bridge between both solicitors, vendor and even helping with the understanding of the buying process.

Solicitors aren't always the easiest to contact, even though I was paying for a service, but however lacking they were for providing updates, Laura consistently and pro-actively sought out to keep momentum for the purchase and ensure that we had updates from all sides.

We were stuck in traffic on our completion date and just managed to collect the keys to move in, as most will know moving isn't all fun and the welcome pack Laura provided really did take some of the edge off the stress of the day. We really appreciated the gesture
