The good side i as it is relatively a straight forward transaction .The guy on the counter is like a robot and not very courteous at all no asking of how you would like your money whether you need 10 or 20 euros he just decides what your getting and then no offer of an envelope or bag just wraps in the receipt and posts under the counter would definitely put me off using sainsburys in future.
