First class service and friendly staff

I arrived early than booked date and still they were able to offer requested TM and it was very helpful and thank you.

Ease of use, prompt delivery of currency, excellent communication throughout, & knowledgeable / friendly staff.

Arrived at Sainsbury’s to collect my order within in opening hour only to find that the cashier was on a break and I would have to wait 17mins. When I enquired why it was closed staff told me that the cashier is independent of Sainsbury’s and that he’s gone on break and that his time varies.

Really friendly teller and easy process to collect the money. I was impressed that my ID and card were checked thoroughly

I received an email the day after I had ordered my Euros advising they were ready for collection at the Sainsbury store on St Anne’s Way, Gloucester. Prompt service. The member of staff however has let the score down as all she said was I need to see ID and the bank card used. There was no please, thank you, hello, and no goodbye, and no other interaction.

Easy access and fast service

Always got the order ready and the people.i deal with ar so friendly and interested in me. Plus a good rate too.

Sainsburys offered a better exchange rate than the post office. Also, I was able to select my preferred date for collection. The staff offered buy back guarantee and guidance. Just one thing to be mindful that don't use credit card to purchase the travel money as banks treat it as cash withdrawl and charge for it so use the debit card.

So smooth and quick. Agent was very helpful and cheery.

I went to collect currency I had ordered, with the opening hours clearly stated in my email. I arrived at 1:45pm, only to find a notice saying the service wouldn’t reopen until 2:30pm.

With ANPR parking restrictions, it was unclear whether I could leave and return without risking a penalty charge.

Unreliable, poor customer service and completely avoidable inconvenience. Overall, very poor service from Sainsbury’s.

Had to wait a long time to collect my money. I queued once, gave up & did my shopping then came back to an equally long queue. Needed both kiosks operating……
Lady was lovely who served me & was quick when I finally got to the desk.
