Had a softener installed by Chris 12 years ago . It is still working perfectly. Prior to installation Chris tested the water etc , explained how it all worked and completed the installation with no fuss.
He also installed a drinking water tap and provides a new filter each year . Chris also delivers replacement salt within a few days of requesting , at a very competitive price. Have recommended him to others who also very happy with his product and service .

Sapphire installed our water softener several years ago. The process was very easy and it has worked very well.
I let Chris know when we need more salt and they deliver it within a few days.
They also replace our drinking water filter cartridge every year.
We would certainly use them again and would recommend.

We wanted to get rid of limescale problems, Chris visited tested our water and explained how the system worked. He asked how we wanted the system installed so that we had a normal drinking water tap but soft water everywhere else. He was very friendly and made sure the installation took up minimum space. We have continued getting salt from Chris and have recommended him to neighbours who have also used his company.
