We chose to use Sapphire water softeners rather than some of the, 'big names' and we didn't regret it. We'd previously had a water softener through Harvey's and found them pushy and the after care not great. Sapphire's quote was very competitive and they were able to install quickly. Chris was very friendly and communication was fantastic. He was punctual and worked really hard to install our softener in the wasted space in the corner of our kitchen. We are also now purchasing salt through sapphire as they are cheaper than our previous suppliers. I have no doubt if we need any after care sapphire will provide it to a high standard. We are very pleased with our softener. Having used one for more than 13 years we couldn't be without one in such a hard water area. It's saved us from lots of plumbing issues, our hair and skin are better and without limescale everything is easier to keep clean.

After some research on the internet about water Softner suppliers and installers, Sapphire come out highly recommended. I gave Chris a call and straight away I felt I had picked the right company. They are friendly, polite and very professional.

I can’t fault the experience we had with Sapphire! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He talked us through the pros and cons of the 2 machines we were considering and personalised his advice to our house. We found this invaluable and it helped us to make an informed decision.
When it came to install, as usually Chris was extremely polite and knowledgeable and even came back a few weeks later to add a missing part he’d found in our pipework when installing the softener.
I would highly recommend Sapphire if you’re looking for a water softener!

Chris provided a first-class experience from the initial consultation to the final installation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me well-informed at every stage. I really appreciated his clear explanations of the available options, all delivered with absolutely no sales pressure. The installation went smoothly, and I’m extremely pleased with the end result.

We had issues with a very old water softener. Chris came round twice to try and repair it but unfortunately it wasn't successful. So, we had a new one installed.

Chris spent a lot time with this, was very meticulous in his work and was very fair with the charges.

As we were undecided on where the equipment should be placed, we had a a couple of water softener suppliers provide us with a demonstration. Chris had solid knowledge, carried out a survey, provided good advice with practical solutions to our limited space, quality installation and overall, an exceptional service! All the reviews I've read about Sapphire Water Softeners are rated as 5 stars and rightly so. Following an initial visit to discuss where the water softener could be installed, Chris installed it in our kitchen and it is neatly stored in a cupboard under the work surface with connecting pipework running out of sight in the kick board space below. All the work was carried out neatly and professionally. No hesitation in recommending Sapphire Water Softeners.

Chris came not many days after we moved in.We were fortunate enough to have the pipe work already in place but we made the decision to have a drinking tap installed and filter. All done with no fuss and very little mess. 100% from Chris great job thank you very much

Chris is a true professional. He had great trouble getting to our water pipe buried in a 1920s brick wall. He persevered for hours and got the job done.
Customer service of the company is first class, I have now recommended them for at least four of our friends where Chris installed their softeners.
When we are running short of salt, all I do is send a text to Chris with the number of packs needed and Chris will make sure to deliver them promptly.

Bulk buying the salt from him means that I can get the best value on the market, and I can get my yearly cartridges in the post when I message him and Mel that I need one. Really cannot recommend Chris enough.

Professional service, never looked back, no more limescale on glass and chrome. So reduces cleaning and reduces how much shampoo, soap powder etc that you use. Highly recommended.
