Anais is very professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to have as a guide around the houses. She is always very friendly and great at communicating. She took the time to get to know us and our boys which is always appreciated.

We got to know a few of the agents who work at Sargeants, but the agent that stood out to us was Hulya Baillie. We found Hulya to be professional, punctual and a good communicator. We have been renting our home through this agency for over three years. Recently, our boiler broke down, leaving us without heating and hot water, and we are now entering the fourth day with the issue still unresolved. The temperature inside the house dropped to around 8.8°C. We have two young children, which made the situation extremely difficult. Despite reporting the issue immediately and following up multiple times by phone and email, the repair has still not been resolved. We were advised to purchase electric heaters ourselves as a temporary solution, with no alternative arrangements or compensation offered. The lack of urgency and poor communication during what should have been treated as an emergency repair has caused significant stress. I would expect much better handling of essential repairs, especially in a family home.
