I have been using these agents for some years and have found them to be proactive and helpful in many ways.

I was looked after by Hulya Baillie at Sergeants.
She was very helpful and knowledgeable and showed great experience in her role.
Nothing was too much and she explained everything very well.
Hulya is an asset to your business.

Such an awesome and helpful bunch. Helped me with all my queries, so professional in their approach. Thank you guys

My main concern when choosing an agent to manage my properties was knowing I could trust they had an intimate understanding of the area where the properties are – and this meant a company that was not too corporate and one where staff are knowledeable – these qualities come with experience and empathy.
I find Sargeants fits the bill, my primary reason for moving from a company that had grown exponentially over 20 years (to the point where staff did not know their landlords) was to have that more bespoke element with the Lettings team again – who are after all managing our largest assets. This can of course also be said of selling or buying a property.
I have not regretted one moment moving to Sargeants. They deliver quality advice due to their specialist knowledge of the area, the staff are responsive, it's always a pleaseure to develop the next point of marketing with them and I can trust them to remind me to stay compliant with the ever increasing government changes in the Private Rented Sector.
When I come to the point of selling I would not hesitate in instructing Sargeants.

I have had a great experience with Sargeants and Hulya in particular.
She has been very helpful and professional. Her dedication and availability made the entire process smooth despite the challenging market we are currently facing. Her in-depth knowledge of each property we viewed and her ability to answer our question was greatly appreciated. She managed to secure a buyer for my property and I highly recommend her and Sargeants as a whole.

I can highly recommend Gary and the team at Sargeants. They are professional, knowledgeable and are always willing to go the extra mile. Their experience of sourcing reliable tenants is invaluable. If you're a landlord looking for an agent that will work in partnership with you, give Sargeants a call.

I have always had 5* service from a 5* team. I cannot recommend them highly enough . Brilliant people to deal with .

I dealt mostly with Sally and Dan at Sargeants Hanwell and both were clear and honest in their communications with me - which I appreciated,
I was in NZ throughout the sale of my flat and Sally maintained regular contact with me to keep me updated on the sale process. She was also instrumental in keeping the chain moving towards the sale and sorting out any issues that arose the along the way.

What drew me to Sargeants was the genuine warm welcome andatmosphere when entering the office.
The professionalism of the staff was evident.
During the last few weeks Hulya has put an Ernest effort in to sell my house, the rest of the staff Sally, Joe and Haley have been a pleasure to work with.

Hulya from Sargeants took us around a few properties and showed us one that we really loved. From when we first made contact to request a viewing, Hulya has been on it and very responsive. It was great spending the day with her, she made us feel at ease and very happy with her service.

Sargeants were great, professional and on the ball. I mainly dealt with Hayley and she facilitated our sale beginning to end. I happily recommend.

I have been a client of Sargeants in Northfields, Ealing for the past 10 years, and my experience with them to date has always been exemplary. Their ability to consistently find excellent tenants has been invaluable to me. I appreciate the professional advice they provide on effectively marketing and presenting the property, ensuring that it remains attractive to potential tenants. Thanks to their efforts, I've rarely experienced any gaps between rentals, and my property remains consistently occupied.

One aspect that sets them apart in my opinion is their honesty and transparency. Unlike some agencies, they don’t exaggerate rental estimates just to secure a listing.

The efficiency of their rent collection and payment process is very good and well documented.

In a market where trust and reliability are paramount, Sargeants has proven to be a standout agency. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking a professional and trustworthy agency to market and manage their property.

We could not recommend Sargeants enough, they went well beyond our expectations and dealt with all aspects of our letting swiftly and efficiently and providing advice and guidance along the way. Gary Lowden and the team were amazing, the best agents we have used in years.

When we decided to let our property we were naturally inclined to go to Gary and team at Sargeants. They have always been efficient and kind when we were looking to buy a house.

The most important value was honesty and transparency - we always felt they were acting for our best interest and not primarily for earning their quota. This made us feel confident that our house was in the right hands.

Having employed several local agents over the years we now use Sargeants for their efficiency and professionalism. Amanda in the Northfields office is always on hand when we need help and advice. All our dealings are dealt with in a friendly manner. Sargeants have always found wonderful tenants for us.

Very pleased and satisfied with the service!! Highly recommend Sargeants, specifically with Joy, she made sure me and my partner felt assured and satisified, very well communication, would definetly refer family and friends to her! Thank you.

Great customer service. Especially Joy who gave great advice and was really helpful! Really recommend.
