I needed a replacement part for an Item I had bought a few years ago. Once the team were happy with my proof of purchase, a new part was shipped out, and I received it within 2 days. I eventually found a plumber to install the part, and it appears to be working perfectly fine again.

We bought 5 bathroom cabinets and one of them had a problem with the sensor and the customer service team changed the unit immediately which impressed me a lot.
