The guys at scudo were super helpful with assisting me with an issue I had with my shower controls. They were quick to reply, explained what the issue was and gave me some tips to help resolve the issue, saving me 80 quid. In today's day where everyone's trying to make a quick quid, this is super appreciated. Thanks a lot.

My shower door roller was broken and I couldn’t buy the replacement in Chester.
Finally I was introduced to the Harrison Bathroom seeking for help, might be the last hope actually.
Callum is much helpful, he replied me promptly and advised me to look for the replacement at the Scudo Bathroom (he also gave me the model number) that I could get the replacement at last.
Though the warranty of my shower settings were long expired, Callum still gave hands. Brilliant staff.

I had a problem with a tap only purchased 6 months ago which I had bought from Tile planet in Leicester. I took the tap back was appalled by their reluctance to replace the tap or contact Scudo to rectify the issue. Basically they said the onus was on me!
I contacted Scudo who were brilliant and sent a replcement cartridge which i was able to change myself.
Big shout out to the customer services team..you're all amazing!! Thank you so much!

Just needed a bit of advice re a bathroom mirror. Very quick response and advice much appreciated.

Scudo do not issue a full refund if a return is made after 2 days! You will only get a 30 % refund value within 28 days and no refunds after 28 days.
I wanted to return an expensive shower screen as the size was too big but they only offered a 30% refund so I incurred a loss of over £100.

Having had a bathroom (cowboy) local fitter who was kicked off site, one of the problems he left the shower was not working as designed, I must point out SCUDO had no input creating the problems, having problems with the shower and none of the original paperwork, SCUDO in the form of Callum and his service colleges advised me, and indeed supplied the parts to correct the problem, so many thanks your shower parts are working perfectly, Many thanks Frank Boswell

The customer service team are excellent. Callum, Daisy, Megan and Jess were all extremely helpful, friendly and polite. They found a solution to two issues that my customers had, and immediately offered replacement products and credits for the damaged items.

Have just installed a scudo empire unit and bellini tap. Love the unit sink
and tap. What lets it down is the toilet seat cover. Is made of flimsy plastic and feels really cheap. Not what I expect for the price

Spoke to Megan in need of a POD and received quickly and efficiently, great service.

Very impressed with the service I have received from Sam, would definately recomend Harrison Bathrooms and Scudo as their customer service is the best.
