Avoid at all costs!!
As the other reviews state, this property management company are absolutely terrible! I have a number of properties, this company is by far the worst property management company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If you can avoid them, I strongly suggest you do.

They "misplaced" my payment and came after me with solicitors.
Buying a Leasehold property run by these jokers is the single biggest mistake of my life!
Back in early 2018 I got solicitors letters chasing service charge arrears, one from end of previous year and one new charge. I paid the new charge, but the old one had already been paid. So after months of me telling them I had paid the earlier one they let slip that SDL had received payment but wrongly paid the money in to the wrong account. But they would not drop the legal fees etc.
Eventually the solicitor gave up and passed it back to SDL who still have the legal fees on my account, refuse to remove and refuse to admit it was their fault.
I want this sorted but have zero faith that this will happen. Time to escalate this to whoever Regulates this company!

January 2018 got our bi-annual service charge for property management fee 'demand' (sic) from SDL Property Management.
We had never heard of this company, never heard of the person sending the demand or the office address on the letter heading.
They were certainly not 'your property partner since1989' which was a banner at the top of the letter. Especially as our property was not built until 1999.
Had to send them an email asking who they were as they had not had the courtesy to communicate with the residents.
Very unprofessional.
June 2018 update
Our 'Property Manager' was asked questions regarding some fees which seemed excessive and queries on services charged for in our Accounts.sent at the begining of the year.
No response for several weeks so chased up after 2 months.
At last got a reply from a new name, who is our new 'Property Manager' .
Admitted there were errors however stated 'industry standard' fees were being charged for queried items..
