Seatsbay Opiniones

Great experience. Tickets delivered promptly, instructions for dowloading were clear, great customer service follow-up. I would recommend to others wanting to buy tickets for Premier League games, particularly from outside the UK.

They are charging £2,000 for 1 ticket at leeds vs southampton a championship game with a £1,000 booking fee like what the hell they need to go f them sleves

This site SUCKS!!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE, IT'S A SCAM!!!!!

We booked tickets for Tottenham Newcastle on the 10th we originally booked for the 9th but the date changed and there were no issues with the tickets. We received the tickets a few days before the game which was great as I’ve used Seatsbay before and have been sent tickets 1 hour before kickoff which was a little stressful but very much worth it for the best seats in the stadium so again no real issues. I would definitely recommend, they charge one of the lowest fees for buying tickets through their site compared to others. Can’t wait for the next game!

This was our fourth time using Seatsbay. The tickets arrived well ahead of the game, seats were perfect - really close to the action!
Overall delighted with the service and will be back to use them again im sure!

Everything went exactly as it should have!

It was so crazy, we bought tickets for Arsenal vs Lens one hour before the game and got our tickets 10min before the game. best feeling!

I travelled from Portugal to Manchester, England to see a premier league match.I bought the tickets in seatbay.com and when I was in the entrance stadium, all the assistance and support was gave to me by WhatsApp. Trustful service. See you next time. Thank you!

My heart kept pounding thinking I may not receive my ticket prior to kick off.
However, I went on line and chatted with a rep. by name Harry, and within half an hour, I received my ticket.

Thank you Harry for your support!

I bought tickets for two Premier League matches and am delighted by the customer service I received.
From the start of the buying process to the day of the matches, the Seatsbay team assisted me and answered all my questions. Even I received a discount on the price.
Highly recommend!

Me and my 10-years old son enjoyed an exeptional game (Arsenal Vs. Man City) and left the stadium with life time memories.
This was our second visit, thanks to Seatsbay, and it was even better than the first one. The tickets arrived well ahead of the dame, seats were perfect - really close to the action!
Exeptional service - THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, seatsbay.com!

Looking forward for more memories together!

Fantastic experience.
I receive my tickets 3 days before the match and it was everything perfect!

Tickets were exactly as they should be and the seats were incredible - very pleased thank you (Tottenham tickets) - brought them for my brothers 18th birthday and although Tottenham lost, the seating was amazing along with the experience, would definitely recommend

Bought tickets for the Arsenal vs Brighton game 14/05/2023 bought the tickets on the day (2hours before the match) got them within 20 minutes to my email, the customer service assistant Harry rang me to reassure me that he had the tickets in time for the game, got through the gates perfectly and had a good view. Will definitely be purchasing from here again!
Definitely recommend to put your trust into this!

Very good overall. Everything went smooth. No complaints at all.

I paid a lot of money for a ticket to attend Brentford FC v Newcastle United on 8th of April 2023. The ticket I received was a fake (as confirmed by Brentford FC) and I was denied entry to the ground. The communication afterwards was ridiculous.

I have never brought through a third party ticket seller before, but purchased 2 tickets for the Manchester City champions league game as a Christmas gift. The overall price although expensive was still better than other TP sellers. Received confirmation emails and a week before they confirmed tickets would be an E ticket sent 0-3 days before the game. Tickets received the day before with full instructions how to use the tickets. Which I forwarded to my son. The tickets were even upgraded from basic to gold seats. No issues getting into the ground and 2 very happy 17 year olds 😄 watching their 1st champions league game. 100% recommend and will use again for any future games. The win was even better 7-0 to City 👍

Would definitely recommend!!
Was very skeptical using this site, but they came through. Needed tickets for the same day Arsenal vs Everton, order put through around 5pm and received tickets about an hour later. Live chat was helpful and was on hand to help with any concerns.

I order one ticket for Fulham vs Arsenal in the away end 3 month before the game. Booked my travel flights earlier (I come from France). 6 days before the game I just received an email saying my order had been cancelled because they could not provide tickets anymore. At the same time Seatsbay was still seeling the exact same tickets for triple the pricetag I paid for. One my order was cancelled it was impossible to reach anyone at seatsbay they did not answer me anymore. I lost my ticket and the money that goes with my traval expensises

Had the situation regarding the arsenal vs Everton game that you just couldn’t make up. Postponed due to the monarch passing away and had to be rescheduled. Seatsbay support communicated very well with me over email reassuring me multiple times that all is in hand and my tickets will be resent for the rescheduled game no problem. Everything went very smoothly and was made even better with the result for the guns… 110% will be using this service again
