Booket tickets for a match that was cancelled due to COVID. After some back and forth, I received a coupon which I used more than 2 years after the original match. Good stuff. Wanted to add a fourth ticket to my order, which customer service sorted quickly and efficiently. Also good! A bit nerve wracking to receive the tickets only 24 hours before the match, but they arrived in time so all was well. At one point I experienced that was no longer able to log in to see my orders at Seatsbay.com — tried resetting the password (nothing happened) and creating a new account (e-mail already registered), to no avail. In the end it didn't matter much, since I received the tickets directly in my e-mail inbox.

Tickets were in the purchased sections. They were unable to seat all four of us together — so we were in pairs on opposite sides of the stadium. No big deal, but would've been nice to be seated together!

Customer service was generally helpful, not super fast, but fast enough.

I brought my partner tickets to the Tottenham v West Ham game for a Christmas present and then...I read some of the reviews on here and I panicked BIG time. I feared that I had been sold a scam. The tickets were not cheap and definitely not something we could regularly afford. However I recieved reassurance from seatsbay, i recieved the etickets on time and yes they worked perfectly. They had the most amazing day and the seats were brilliant with an amazing view of the game and Tottenham won which just made the day perfect!

I ordered 3 tickets from France and everything was ok ! I received my tickets 3 days before the events and I had no problem at the turnstile.
I recommand them !

First, I did not receive the tickets until I had to email them, after calling their support line 3x with no answer. After I received the tickets, hospitality, lounge access was not included whereas I paid 157GBP for hospitality plus game tickets. Also after reading on Elland Road's, Leeds Stadium policies, the emailed, printed tickets will not be accepted since only Google/Apple Pay is accepted. I have been scammed with dishonest business practices.

I had to report this company to IC3, seatsbay sold me cancelled tickets and provided a refund after I threatened to get lawyers involved. Their parent company shows it was dissolved btw. Buyer Beware!!

Little information about seats provided, so spent an hour trying to get through on chat to no avail. Left contact details and nothing. Gave impression of being a scam site.

This was my first time buying Football tickets on the day so I was initially nervous. Seatsbay were able to help me source a ticket for the sold out Boxing Day match at the Emirates and I am forever grateful. My group had a fantastic time at the stadium, definitely one to remember!

Seatsbay sells UK soccer tickets they cannot deliver. They ask sky-high prices for the best stadium seats and only deliver the worst seats while returning peanuts. It's a real scam so please avoid this company!

Amazing experience! Me and my partner went to the Leeds V Tottenham game for his 23rd as he’s a massive spurs fan. We had our reservations about this site first but they were easily contactable about any problems, tickets were easy to use and we had amazing seats and long lasting memories to top it all off!

Not recommend.
Tickets only received until last couple of hours before the match when supposed to be received 3 days before.

When purchase the ticket which show in 4,3,2,1,32,31,30,29,13,14,15,16,17,18 but received the tickets in 134 which ten times different.

This company should be Avoid

I had an amazing experience with Seatbay --- the customer service was very friendly and responsive. My tickets arrived on time and my seats were better then I expected. I would highly recommend using this service for all ticket purchases. I will be using the service again.

Great tickets well located seats. No problems entering the stadium. Just a pity the prices are not a little lower

First time using Seatsbay. Always a worry when ordering tickets in this way. I couldn't fault the customer service - quick, reassuring responses to whatever I asked, prior to the event. Received tickets 3 days before. Would definitely look to order again in the future.

Best customer support and company approach ever! I paid for an event happening in early 2020 that was cancelled due to the pandemic and got a coupon I used 2 years later to enjoy an amazing event! The entire process went without any problems, I’ll definitely use the service again!

i gotv quick response in reasonable pirce for the game
from now on seats bay will be my choice

I purchased these tickets for original fixture they were re issued for re arranged fixture, I will admit I was worried if they were genuine.
I can safely say they was Seats were amazing beyond anything I had hoped for !!!!! Please believe me this is a genuine Review I read all previous reviews and thought they was fake but obviously they wasn’t .
Great Company will 100% use again can’t recommend enough 👍👍👍

do they sell someone else's tickets to you

What would you say if you purchased 3 tickets from Seatbay, on April 2nd, long after the sanctions against Abramovitz imposed, recieve a confirmation, buy flying tickets from distance country, reach Europe just to receive a mail three days before the match that they are enable to supply the tickets due to those sanctions. Just for the curiosity I looked at the site on the same day and tickets were available for this game on the same day. The only compensation they offered was giving back the money or some bullsheet coupon, ignoring all the collateral damages they caused. If i were you, i would have thought twice before doing business with that site. Amir

Ordered and received confirmation that purchase was complete…. 4 days later they wanted £150 extra per ticket!!! The original online price was £130 + tax per ticket which we paid.. how can a company which states in their own terms and conditions “User will be charged as indicated on the website at time of purchase”. When I emailed the response as below:

Couldn't have imagined seats closer to the pitch. 10/10, chuffed!! Tottenham v man city game.
