I highly recommend the site.I had ordered by mistake Single tickets for the match Chelsea-Lille preventing me and my son to be together. I reached out to the Order management team and they graciously offered to secure side-by-side tickets without having to upgrade my order.Kuddo to Amy at Seatsbay!

Bought 3 tickets to the Liverpool game on Saturday 15/1/22 for my sons Christmas present. He was going with his school friend and my husband. The match was moved to the Sunday and because my son is part of the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Scheme he couldn’t go. They were doing an expedition meeting that day. All the team have to turn up or they all forfeit their places.
I asked for a refund or credit and was told nothing could be done !!!
Absolutely no help at all!!
No refund, no credit!!!
Not impressed at all
Surely other people have had issues like this?
Can anyone out there advise please?

Can’t fault seatsbay! From purchasing the tickets right up to the match the service was great, the live chat option on the website was a nice quick way to ask any questions. I received my e tickets 3 days before the event and was able to download them into my apple wallet ready to scan at the turnstile. We were incredibly happy with our seats and highly recommended Seatsbay to anyone looking for an easy, stress free way to buy tickets.

I have never used third party ticket merchants but this company can be trusted . The communication is also very good . The tickets were less than three times their face value which is not unreasonable by today’s standards . My only quibble was paying 20% more for silver long view tickets which felt more akin to the basic type albeit we were at the end of a row not sandwiched or against a wall . I would use these guys again

Got my EURO 2021 tickets. Highly Satisfied. The process was smooth and the sales team is really good.

I purchased tickets on 6/11/21 very expensive but excepted , as the Tottenham vs Leads game had sold out. They said tickets would arrive 1-3 days before match. I received an email with the tickets as a link the day before which didn’t work, after around 10-15 emails later ( note there’s no phone Number) I got a sensible reply saying they are looking into it . These were tickets for my parents so the anxiety level was rising I finally told my mum that she probably wouldn’t be able to go as I still hadn’t had tickets. Finally Sunday morning at 8:30 I got an email with the tickets which all thankfully worked okay ,the kickoff was at 4:30 so my parents made it in time but so much stress was involved ,customer service was non-existent . Never ever going to use these guys again.

I purchased 3 games from SeatsBay and it couldn’t have gone any better!!!
I went to see Liverpool vs Atletico, United vs City and west ham vs Liverpool.
All the seats were as promised and they even upgraded me to a hospitality package for the Manchester derby.
Benny from SeatsBay was always on top of everything and assisted in securing that we have a great experience.
I will only buy from SeatsBay going forward as there is nothing better than a great experience.

If I could do a 0 I would. I’m not usually someone who does a review. However, in this case it’s hard not to. I bought a pair of football game tickets for the Chelsea v Burnley game 6/11/21, when I received the E-Tickets the price of the ticket was much lower and name was different. On the official Chelsea website it stated it must be your own name and you shouldn’t pay any more than the face value of the ticket. I thought this was strange, so I called the official Chelsea booking office which they stated SeatsBay is an unofficial website and what they do is illegal. I was only around the corner from the stadium so I decided to go to the booking office in person at the stadium ground, which they looked at the ticket and physically showed me the company is illegal and unofficial (it is also on the official Chelsea website that Seatsbay is unofficial and says DO NOT USE). The company is telling me they are real but as soon as I mentioned Chelsea Official are going to take it further as it’s illegal, I haven’t had an email back since from Seatsbay! DO NOT USE!

Top marks to Seatsbay. Purchased tickets for the first time and service was excellent from start to finish. Staff were really helpful and always replied promptly to any queries. Would recommend them highly.

Seatsbay is a scam, I bought a match ticket for Finland vs russia uefa euro 2021, they diclined the ticket and I ask for refund, till now they haven't responded to my mail

Due to the pandemic I was unable go to the football match with tickets I purchased. I asked for a refund which they declined and offered a coupon instead. As there were no events on their website and still aren’t, I wasn’t very pleased with the offer as who knows when they can offer me another event again. I instead went to try and claim back through my credit card. I unfortunately was unsuccessful, therefore re-asked if the coupon offer was still valid as something to get back instead of losing hundreds of pounds. I got a blunt reply ‘You did a chargeback on your card. I am afraid we will not issue for you a coupon.’ I didn’t realise that going through a process which I’m allowed to meant they could keep my money? I don’t know believe this is in their terms and conditions.

So many other companies were helpful during the pandemic, at least offering 50% refund or a coupon with actual events to choose from. I wish I paid more money and bought from a reputable company. Never buy from them especially in a climate such as this.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. After initially browsing I was aggressively contacted to offer what I had looked at. I was given the usual sales pitch about having to order now to receive certain offers but I decided to shop around. I was continuously called and emailed. I said I didn’t want to order because I wanted to book certain seats at the match for a very special occasion. They said if I email my preference they were confident I couldn’t get what I asked for. The tickets arrived and I had the worst seats available in that particular sector (furthest away) and we were in separate seats, when I had children with me! Shocking service and dishonest promises. When I expressed my disappointment to them they simply directed me to the terms and conditions and said they never actually promised anything. True, but they were very convincing when telling me they could cater for my request only to then turn their back. Such a let down having spent a huge amount of money. I also received emails from different addresses and was asked to not approach the club at all regarding the tickets, something does not sit right with how they conduct their business. I would avoid at all costs. Never will I use this service again. Avoid, avoid, avoid.....

Do not make the mistake to use this "company"! It is a scam! Because of the corona virus our flight and hotel stay was cancelled. There is a quarantine all around Europe and UK, PL was suspended, they refuse a refund...I have contacted support many times: always a non sense answer from Joe Davies ( sure it is a stage name ) ...No cooperation, not really understanding the issue, customer satisfaction: does not matter. Main thing they got money, nothing else matters. For future buys I will use another company for sure! So guys keep always in mind: keep your fingers and money away from this apology for an agency !!!

I live in South Africa and we booked tickets to attend a Liverpool match for my husbands 40th Birthday in April 2020. However, with the corona virus pandemic that is currently gripping the world, our President has placed a ban on travel to all high countries which includes the UK. I therefore have asked for a refund of these very expensive tickets which I paid for in December 2019. I got an auto generated reply and no feedback on this. I previously asked about this when the cases started rising, however, I was provided with a lame excuse about no refund in the T&C's. this is not normal circumstances and should be seen as an exceptional circumstance. We are not able to freely travel to the UK and therefore would not be able to use a voucher either. I need a refund of the amount that I paid! Reference Number :#224891

Further to this, I was sent an email to say that Seatsbay would refund me a portion of my payment if I do not take legal action and post anything on social media and then have blocked me on all media sites. This shows the levels that they will stoop to in order to not refund the cash that they took.

I was really nervous about buying a ticket for a special occasion from such a site.
Seats bay were excellent. Communicated regularly and clearly. Chat line, emails and texts all responded immediately.
Local agent professional and helpful.
Upgraded ticket to hospitality which made it a very special night.
