I had an amazing experience with Chelsea Winning 4-0 against Everton, but besides the result, the experience of buying the tickets and the customer service were a+. Our tickets did not arrive at the hotel, but they guided us to where to pick them up on the stadium, so it was all good. All in all good experience :)

At first I was frustrated not to get tickets shipped to the address I added
I was informed to pick up the tickets from a store in Liverpool
I went to the store before today’s game
Found an envelope with my name with membership cards
Entered to the stadium with no problems
Instructions with a the membership cards to repost them in an envelope with the address on
After the game I did mail the envelope.

Same as many other people. I bought four tickets from Seatsbay and none of them worked. The tickets were expensive, and the costs involved in getting to London and back, from Cumbria, took the total outlay to nearly £1000. I, too, will be coming after them.

DON'T USE SEATSBAY!!

Added: You will see from their reply that I have to provide proof that I was not allowed into the ground. How, exactly, am I supposed to do that? Take a photo of the steward denying me access? Take a photo of me, fuming, under a clock in the high street, The proof is on here, with all the reviews from angry customers.

Don't waste your time... and Money with Seatsbay. Like the previous reviewer I bought 3 tickets for the Spurs v Wolves game and we were denied entry.
£492 was paid to Seatsbay... and there were loads of people with the same problem. Must of been 50+ in the que with the same problem (with Seatsbay).
I've learnt my lesson. Don't fall into the trap with Seatsbay!!

Added: Seatsbay claim there wasn't 50+ issues, but you do the maths. Just on the 3 latest posts there are 9 tickets and there were many more with the same problem. To be honest it must be closer to 100+.
I'll update if I actually get a refund from them!!

Terrible company.
They asked me to go to some random shop on Edgware Road to pick up football tickets - one day before the game. Their customer support is just quoting T&Cs instead of actually trying to help.

I am contacting a lawyer to see whether any legal action could be initiated against them. Please contact me if you had a similar experience so we join up - it will be a lot more powerful.

Ah - and bellow is a quote from an email they just sent to me regarding the tickets which I don't have:

"Please do not approach the local staff for assistance, if someone will ask about the tickets, it's advisable to say that you received it from a friend / colleague.

Seatsbay is a reliable and well-established sports tickets broker who obtain all tickets from the official suppliers, and they are guaranteed as official and authentic."

I mean - all sounds very plausible, right?

EDIT AFTER REPLY: So after you refer to some obscure bullet point in your T&Cs, send me to a kebab shop in Edgware Road (about 10km from Stamford Bridge where the game was) to pick up the tickets, from a guy sitting outside this kebab shop drinking tea, with a letter saying 'pretend you booked the tickets from friends' inside the envelop with the tickets, you are telling me that I mislead people? Are you guys serious? Honestly?! Again - everyone reading this, please get in touch. I have got in touch with Trustpilot to make this possible so we can actually generate some common power.

Firstly to the lack of response to why 2 days before the match saying to collect the tickets from some random cake shop with an odd gentlemen in the store in Edware road which was miles from me despite receiving and email 4 days before the match saying tickets would be with me 1-3 days before the game.
Secondly the 4 tickets where separate in 2’s so the 4 of us couldn’t sit together which really spoit our experience on top of the fact that the tickets where in the corner of the ground and I paid extra for tickets in the centre section.
Your responses were to blank me when I emailed several times to state the above.
It is appalling.

Purchased what I thought to be tickets for the match, they did forward somebody’s season tickets which were probably overinflated prices but we did manage to use them with no issues at the stadium. They promised that I would be refunded the cost of next day special delivery on return of the cards which I did, I emailed proof of this & proof of delivery to there chosen address, emailed a couple of times to ask for the cost to be refunded but surprise surprise no reply. Be careful.

If i could give zero i would. i will never use this company again. After confirming tickets would be delivered to my house in the week before the game..two days before i get an email from them telling me that i have to travel over an hour to collect tickets from a location NO WHERE NEAR THE VENUE! either tomorrow afternoon or the morning of the game..i have 3 young children and this is impossible at the last minute. I am trying to get a refund but theyare refusing..this conpany is a complete scam after paying a small fortune and admin fee for these tickets as a birthday present for my son..absolute disgrace..i will be reporting to authorities to investigate

I bought Tottenham vs Man City tickets and did pay over the odds! And after reading the reviews afterwards I was panicking as they were Xmas presents, BUT the member cards arrived then the e-tickets, I never told my family I bought off this site as I didn’t want to ruin the experience but they’ve flown to London and had no problem whatsoever using the tickets, Im not sure I’d use them again because of the price but all in all they’ve had a fantastic weekend and spurs have won 😀

Scummers. They just take your money, use it for a certain time period to re-invest and then return (if you’re lucky enough) because they’re never able to get the tickets for you.

I paid £520 for 2 bronze long side tickets together to see Liverpool play for my husband's 40th, a once in a lifetime opportunity for us.

We had to go to a falling down house to collect the tickets from a dodgy bloke, they said they hadn't arrived so gave us separate tickets to get in and then wrote down our seat numbers. They said if we get questioned at Anfield to say we got them from a colleague. The seats were no where near where I paid to be and unsurprisingly the people with the actual tickets came and took us out of our seats. We spent the rest of the game at separate ends of stadium in rubbish seats.

They offered us a £100 coupon. Like im going to spend more money with them?? Avoid this company like the plague.

Please note contrary to seatsbay comment below, the seats were not together and we have the tickets to prove it.

Paid over £350 for tickets that cost £18 in total. I understand that the tickets are going to be at inflated prices but was livid when o got there and having paid extra for tickets that would be between penalty boxes near the half way line, was given tickets that had ‘restricted view’ scored out in pen. My seats were behind the goal line at one end and was unable to see a full corner of the pitch due to the roof.

These tickets were a birthday present and when I write to complain was offered £30 compensation “as per their terms and conditions”. I would never choose to pay £330 for tickets that were restricted view and would have bought tickets from elsewhere.

Also worth noting that you have to enter a derelict property with a Liverpool postcode to pick up tickets from two scary looking men. Here they will tell you that you cannot speak to anyone at the gates of Anfield or hand your ticket over to anyone even if requested. You are to come away from
The stadium and phone a number they give you. Not a pleasant birthday experience for anyone and paying over the odds for something I would never have paid for had I known.

Eigentlich 0 Sterne! Kauf nichts bei Seatsbay! Unsere Tickets für das Match Arsenal - Eintracht Frankfurt wurden ohne Angaben von Gründen storniert 24 Std vor Anpfiff storniert!
Zum Glück haben wir vor dem Stadion auf Schwarzmarkt Tickets bekommen, die übrigens auch günstiger waren, als bei diesem unseriösen Anbieter! Ohne Schwarzmarkt wäre unsere ganze Reise nach London für die Katz!

Very mixed reviews here - my own experience is limited to watching Arsenal home games. I've been to 4 matches, the seats were in the area promised and entry into the ground and stand all went perfectly well.
You pay over the odds, but that's how these things work.
I'll be using them again. And again.

First I couldn't decide whether Seatsbay is scam or not. I did a research and found a few websites they advertise tickets. I contacted these sites and they confirmed that it's 100% real. :) I bought 2 tickets for Arsenal - Southampton. Customer service was excellent. The whole experience was great, seats were in the sector I chose. I got the receipt of the payment as well. So all in all I recommend Seatsbay for everyone! Thank you.

I ordered mine well in advance - at least 4 months early. The whole transaction was great! We were able to have a great experience in a very easy manner!

I bought two tickets to Chelsea vs Crystal
Palace. Since it was a last minute purchase they gave an address to go and collect tickets which is a Lebanese Restaurant. However when I went there, the restaurant is closed and it does not even open according to the laundry shop next to this Lebanese restaurant. I emailed them with pictures of closed restaurant and they have never reverted back. My money is gone and could not even get to see the match nor the tickets. These guys are registered in Spain so that they can continuously do such fraud. DON NOT BUY and DON NOT SHARE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WITH THEM.
