Seatsbay Opiniones

We got to see the game Liverpool v Genk but we was not told we had to collect what turned out to be membership cards and not tickets and we had to leave a deposit and had to return the cards back to the pick up point after the game so it cost us about £40 in taxis and a lot of time

**** SCAM!!! ****
DO NOT PURCHASE
No real tickets delivered. Fake e-tickets received day before, (confirmed by Tottenham as being fake).
No communication.
Same company as Ticketgum.

Absolutely amazing experience the process from start to finish was so good!! Easy and received an e ticket which was quick and efficient. Thank you so much

Had a good experience with Seatsbay. Expensive, but they provided what they said they would. My son loved his first Liverpool match.

Mit freundlichen Grüßen.

Tottenham Hotspur FC will not accept tickets from Seatsbay this is a scam selling fake or blocked tickets.
Received two tickets for the Crystal Palace game got into the concourse area but refused entry of the stadium, told to go to the ticket office when was explained they were fake tickets and the club has no association with the Seatsbay company
Please do not purchase tickets for Tottenham games as you won't get in.

Bought gold tickets and paid extra. Had terrible seating in an area of the ground that I did not select. When I reported this to customer service at Seatsbay they told me to refer to the t&c’s and tough luck. Some honesty would have been appreciated.

DO NOT TRUST THIS IS A SCAM I BROUGHT TICKETS FOR ARSENAL V SPURS WAS SUPPOSED TO POSTED TO MY ADDRESS WHICH THEY HAVE NOT ARRIVED TOOK MY MONEY AND NOW IGNORING MY EMAILS

Was very happy with the postage and packaging of tickets, this makes it easier with not having to worry about receiving your tickets from some stranger in Liverpool and having it was nice and easy

Sold me a ticket for Spurs v.Newcastle which turned out to be a fake; DO NOT TRUST!

I brought a ticket to see the arsenal vs. Burnley they send me a card of membership but the card was blocked so i didn't see the match nor I get my money back.

Clean and consistent, fast delivery, good service.

My only experience was a very positive one.
Took my 7 year old to his first game at The Emirates.
I contacted Seatsbay via messenger to confirm we were seated together. (Read the small print on T&C in case you’re sat apart).
They responded immediately and confirmed everything was in place.
Tickets arrived in plenty of time with everything fully explained around returns and post event.
Very happy.

It was a great experience at Anfield for me. The collaboration with Seatsbay was easy and very kindly. We didn't have exactly the places which we booked, but for us it was great to be part of the crowd of Anfield. Thank you so much.

Perfect service. Seats were not quite as good as indicated but ticket delivery and process were clear and perfect.

Tickets were as stated. Got cheaper closer to game. They were last minute tickets and the collection point was all fine and well organised.

I bought very expensive tickets in very good places in Wembley Stadium. but got very poor places at the back.
I wrote twice, and didn't get any answer but 'check and see what we can do' - probably nothing.

At the beginning I was very distrustful about buying the tickets, I asked many times for the same information and they were patient in answering them again and again. They communicated with me on time and gave me all the necessary instructions for delivery, as they told me it would be. Finally I had no problem, I was very satisfied with both the purchase process and the delivery, without setbacks or problems. I recommend the service, my personal experience was excellent, despite my initial distrust.

Total experience with the company was great. Communication from start to finish was great. For example, I was informed when the event had changed dates. The tickets were waiting for me and all of the relevant information was attached. Even received a thank you email after receiving the ticket back. Easy experience.
