I almost never write reviews, but I felt like I had to for this one. I bought the Hot Toys General Grievous from Secret Compass, and since it was my first time preordering a figure from anywhere other than Sideshow, I had a ton of questions. Shane was super patient and genuinely helpful — he answered every single thing I asked, and always got back to me fast.

The whole experience honestly put me at ease. If anyone’s on the fence or unsure about ordering from them, trust me, they’re legit and definitely worth dealing with. I’m really glad I took the chance.

Buying online can be frustrating sometimes and it can feel like you’re dealing with an impersonal corporate machine. That’s definitely NOT the case with Secret Compass. I’m new to this retailer but I’ll be coming back for all my collectible needs from here on. Shane was always quick to respond and understands what a collector needs. Keep up the good work, long may it continue.

I have been dealing with Secret Compass for many years and Shane is awesome!! He has been very accommodating when it comes to the statues I have purchased from him. He has worked with me when issues arose or when I wasn't always able to pay upfront. Even during the government shutdown, he was very understanding and held my figures for me until I was able to get back to working again, because he is very understanding. You don't find that kind of compassion and empathy in a lot of folks nowadays. I will continue to do business with him because he is wonderful to work with!!

From an individual living in Puerto Rico I recently acquired a valuable statue from them and the whole process was surprisingly clear and fast.

Mr. Shane was extremely helpful throughout the whole process as me, starting to collect, had many questions and he was more than happy to politely answer each and every one of them while offering suggestions and advices before and after placing my order. He even did periodical checks to ensure the process was going as expected.

I have been a customer with Secret Compass since 2021. I’ve purchased no less than 80 pieces totaling well over $100K. Secret Compass is by far the best dealer I have ever dealt with. They have helped me acquire many pieces for my collection that I otherwise wouldn’t have been able to own. Responsiveness and customer service are outstanding. Whenever something has happened beyond their control, they have resolved the issue and immediately. I would not be collecting at the same level if it were not for Shane and his team. I cannot speak more highly of Secret Compass.

I’m very happy with all my orders from Secret Compass, I’ve always had a good experience with them, even on their eBay store, that’s where I found them to start, and you can always get a better deal if you go direct to their website. I’d recommend them to anyone. Also another great thing, is I love prime 1 statues, and they only ask for 10% down for the pre orders, while all the other companies ask for 20% or more. So I absolutely love that, because we all know it takes time for the studios to actually make these statues, and I prefer to give less upfront, then pay off once the product is ready to ship. I have had over fifty transactions with Secret Compass with currently half a dozen outstanding pre-orders. I cannot speak highly enough of them and especially Shane, their customer service alone has made them my go-to for collectible film and comic statues and prop replicas. Shane has taken the time to shop around to get me the cheapest shipping rates and ensure my orders are packed safely to arrive as quickly as the transport gods allow. Pre-orders are advertised on their website as soon as the manufacturers release the info which I really appreciate especially in the case of deluxe limited editions. Secret Compass has honoured all my pre-orders to date, and I have complete confidence in them for the remaining and future ones.

I love Secret Compass, they are my geek dealer of choice.

I'm honestly not sure about the bad reviews about the company. Most of the time, I receive my items on time. Delays are usually expected but even then, the company doesn't even charge the full amount until they are ready to ship which is reasonable in my opinion.

Shane is always very helpful and responsive. I ordered 20 figures/statues from them which also include JND products which I already received. Looking forward for doing more business with Secretcompass! Cheers!

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I ordered Weta Theoden on Snowmane from Secret Compass and the statue was known to have hairline cracks on the leg from the factory and even though mine arrived after Weta's cut off date for replacement, Shane at Secret Compass managed to get a replacement sorted with Weta. Had some other issues that were the fault of Weta but these were also promptly resolved by Shane. Can't recommend Secret Compass enough!

The original statue I ordered from Secret Compass was lost by UPS. I contacted Shane and he was very helpful. He refunded me instantly and I bought a different statue directly from them instead of through eBay (though eBay had nothing to do with the missing statue and were very helpful as well). This statue arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone that asked me and I will definitely do business with them again. Thanks Shane !

Please listen. Never trust this store. 100% fraud. They say something and do something else. They have taken money from me and refusing to refund me without delivering Orders. The name of the guy is Shane. Other buyers be aware of him. I am never gonna buy from him again.
