I can't say enough good things to describe my pleasant experience with this online collectible retailer
For starters the price is not only fair but consistently lower than others
They have flexibility with the payment process this really sets them apart in my eyes since I'm collecting several items from a number of places it's a constant juggling act for me but secret compass has the can do attitude with the desire to keep me happy
They always respond to my emails quickly and put forth an effort that shows it's more than just the my money they want
They're looking for my loyalty and they have earned mine ten times over again
They are my number one choice by a landslide

Faulty purchase wasn't refunded
Purchased a movie prop through their shop on Ebay. Upon delivery the item was faulty. The electronics wasn't working how it should. Upon messaging them they were quick to help but it quickly transpired after a barrage of back and forth emails they were completely fobbing me off. I requested either a refund or a return address to ship back the item to them. To which they went silent. I reached out to them on Facebook to which I was blocked. I would suggest you tread carefully with this company as they promise you everything and deliver on nothing. So now I will review their website on as many review platforms as I can including google to make others aware

This customer isn't telling the truth. This customer purchased this item and we shipped it right away. He then filed a case with ebay, claiming that he didn't authorize the charge, with the item enroute. This case was ultimately closed by ebay found in our favor. This item did arrive and he claimed it was faulty, we responded immediately and were in steady communication with him and the manufacturer, we relayed tests the manufacturer suggested. The customer stated that the item was still malfunctioning and asked to return it for a refund. We complied! Our last communication, a few days ago, was that we were checking with the manufacturer to see if this should be returned to us, or them. This was only a few days ago, we didn't even get a chance to comply with the return. The customer did not "reach out to us on Facebook," we got several nasty comments from someone using a pseudo name that did not match anyone in our database and did not appear to be a customer of ours, so the person was blocked. Now, this negative review. I reached out to the customer several times over the last 2 days, through his email and also ebay, and he completely ghosted us. Now, looking at the feedback he has left for other customers, it's nearly 100% negative, for 20-30 merchants.

He couldn't leave us negative feedback on ebay because the case he opened was closed in our favor, so now he left this negative review. This may be a malicious competitor, that was determined to leave us a bad review no matter what. We stand behind what we shipped, and of course would replace with a new one, or return for a refund, but the customer stopped responding to all messages. Clearly, he doesn't want to be assisted with whatever did/did not go wrong.

100% Awesome and totally worth it!!
Absolutely fantastic. They really know how to treat customers. I ordered 2 small pieces and within 35 minutes I had an email saying it was shipped. Sure enough, I check the tracking information and it was literally en route. That's the kinda speed you see in movies! I have no doubt this won't be my only time ordering. I have my eye on a few Kreuger pieces!!

The best of the best when it comes to high-end collectibles!
As a customer who lives in Europe and not in the US, I have been searchong for a long time for a reliable online retailer that sends high value collectibles to germany. Of course there are big retailers like Sideshow, etc... - but these often do not have the niche products in their product catalouges that are offered by some "boutique" collectible producers.
A few years ago I came across Secret Compass, who I trust with my orders since then. Not only has shipping been smooth, but the owner responds in minutes to email inquiries and sepcial requests.
To all movie replica and collecitble fans, I highly recommend Secret Compass!

Could not be happier
These folks went above-and-beyond to sort out a purchase for us.
They were recommended by a trusted friend that had a great experience, and they did everything they could to make sure all our questions were answered, and that we got a price for goods + shipping that we were comfortable with. They also gave us a choice of shippers (which some sellers do not!)
We'll be dealing with them again for sure!

Refused to ship item that was in stock
I purchased an item from their eBay store. Secret Compass offered free shipping to my country then tried to shake me down and make me pay for shipping after purchase. eBay stated that they must comply with the purchase. Rather than do this they then cancelled my purchase stating there was a problem with my address. Purchase your items from other more honest sellers and avoid these guys.

This customer isn't telling the truth. In fact, the truth is 100% the opposite of what the customer is reporting. We were told by Ebay that it was against Ebay policy for us to complete the sale of this sword to this buyer's address in the United Kingdom, as the UK has restricted this type of merchandise from being shipped there. Ebay didn't state we "must comply with the purchase," exactly the opposite. Not only did Ebay cancel the sale, but they also removed the negative review this customer left on ebay. The customer retaliated by leaving the same negative review wherever he could. It's not our fault that the United Kingdom restricts swords and knives from being shipped there. We are Authorized Dealers in the limited edition collectibles world with a worldwide reputation. We have shipped 1000s of swords like this to customers in countries without restrictions, over the past 20 years. This is a dishonest buyer.
