The initial call to arrange the appointment was informative without being pushy. The visit by the technical salesman was useful for me, his trained eye spotting defects I hadn't noticed. The customer service was attentive throughout, especially trying to arrange a date for the first maintenance. The on-site team were amazing, spending more time than allocated because they wanted to do a good job on what is a difficult roof. I have nothing but praise for them.
It's not at the cheap end of the scale, but you get what you pay for.
