Very helpful staff, but somewhat confused as the 2. teams gave differing versions of what the faults were.

I was advised to up grade the inverter for my solar panels as the one that was installed was over 10 years old. The installers arrived at the time specified to install the new inverter was installed in 4 hours..
Friendly installers and left everything tide and took the old equipment away with them.

The equipment was delivered on time by a cheerful happy driver, the engineer who installed the equipment worked very well was polite and very helpful. he explained clearly what i had to do after it was installed, he left the site clean and tidy.

The engineer arrived on time and completed his tasks in good time. He was a pleasant polite young man and was no trouble.

Mikey and Tommy completed our first service, they were very thorough and professional. The service was explained step by step in a way that we understood what was being done. Both were very polite and an asset to your company.

Senergy showed up on time & carried out service with one part changed out. Some disagreement between Engineer and original surveyor over what was actually needed but service completed on time and in mostly tidy and polite manner. Hard to grade work quality as I am not a electrical contractor and system worked before and after service.

Was running late but kept us up to date. Very efficient and friendly. Made sure we were confident about using the app. Very happy 😊

Update on my battery.
Thank you Kav for sorting out my battery that was not charging. Explained the problem, Kav checked around .. Back with the carpet, up with a floorboard. He checked the wiring done a few checks and adjustments hey presto the battety is charging at last, amd now it is raining.
Thank you to all the staff in the office who i have spoken too. Result..
