I was very happy with the service, the only thing that I found strange was the team arrived way before the time I stated. I'm never in until after 12pm.

The inspection of the solar equipment was very thorough and the gentleman who did it was very thorough in his explanation of what needed attention. The work on the solar system was also carried out well, and everything done was clearly explained. The person on the telephone at Senergy Direct was very helpful.

They were very helpful. Although very expensive. Unfortunately the young men who fitted the connectors to the solar panels accidently knocked a small box of crockery over, which contained some willow pattern plates. Probably when they were fitting the convertor.

We greatly appreciated the detailed and patient explanation of the processes and benefits involved in replacing the inverter for our solar panels and the installation of storage batteries. We were given priority service and installers came within 5 days including a week-end. They completed the work efficiently within 4h. Staff handled the administrative details with aplomb. Engineers arrived on schedule, and detailed their assigned tasks as ordered. They took care to work in a tidy manner and were polite at all times. On completion of their assigned tasks they took time to update us on what they had done and fully explained what we are now able to monitor within the new App. We are entirely satisfied with the standard of their work.

Fitters Mikey and Tommy turned up at specified time of arrival straight away very polite .Spoke to me about the job and where everything was going.
Once started they didn’t stop until everything was finished cleaned up and tidy wouldn’t even stop for a cup of tea/ coffee.

The 2 guys came to change our solar inverter, and the battery charger inverter, together with changing the solar panel joining cables etc. Also cleaned the panels. Only took maybe 4 hours, and everything appears to be working smoothly now.

the staff were very thorough, polite, and efficent.

Hafiz the rep, explained things clearly & Simon the engineer arrived on time, worked quickly & explained what he had done.

There was no space to mount the voltage optimizer in the meter cupboard and I was not happy with proposed location outside the box. Kieran set about relocating the units in the cupboard an put the unit in there. Absolutely marvelous. Thanks Kieran.
