Ashley Green, Regional Manager of Senergy Direct, showed me the total capability of the system I own, which had not been shown me nor explained to this degree by a previous company. Ashley advised my to change to an EV Tarif and to contact him when that was achieved. He then undertook to remotely programme my system for Off Peak battery charging which will save me money and prolong battery life, all of which, I am most grateful for.

when the original inspection was carried out we were informed that all aspects would be checked.
when the inspection was carried out because of our veranda they were not able to check the panels on the roof, I would have thought this should have been picked up on the original inspection

Senenergy were very quick and neat and tidy. Their reoresentative Isaac came last week and today Chris arrived just before 12.00 am. Tested every thing and cleaned the solar panels. He left me with a receipt of work done.
Both representatives were neat and tidy, easy to talk to and helpful.

From start to finish this company cannot be beaten, they explain everything fully what they are going to install and why. You are kept up to date when the installation will be completed and the name of the engineers that will be completing the work by a phone call followed up with an email.
The engineers turned up on time, very thorough, clean and tidy and answered all my questions.
Received a phone call from the office after they had left to make sure that I was happy with the work and emailed me further information that I might need.
They have excellent customer service, something I have never experience before.

There was no hard sell. Everything was explained clearly and any worries I had were addressed. Faults with the system I had in place were explained in terms I could understand. No pressure was put on me to make a decision.
Once I had everything moved very quickly but the choice was mine to accept or go for a later date. Fitters were prompt, polite and respected my property.

Arrived promptly to install pre delivered panels and equipment. Scaffolding arranged and already in place. Efficient and complete in good time and even delivered 1.5kw on first day.

If it had to be done it was done swiftly and efficiently.
