Was delayed because of the lack of HONEST qualified installers.
Yesterday I found a HONEST installer who did a FANTASTIC job.
Toronto is LACKING installers who handle Senville. There seems to be a large number surrounding Toronto but none in the city.
Mr.HVAC ..... was the company I used.

Great experience, TERRIFIC help from the very knowledgeable and pleasant sales and support staff, product was great, as expected. I would say that the stand for the main unit could be more durable. Does not seem adequate for the weight of the unit.

Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience, my only complaint there was no way to track my delivery, considering you must be home to accept the delivery. The freight carrier was very accommodating as the day they wanted to deliver I was away.

From order date to delivery date took about two weeks which was the expected delivery time. Installation was easy,Senville makes it simple.if you are a good handyman you can run the required electrical, mount the two units and vacuum the lines as a weekend project. I found this unit to be of good quality and performs great!
