Very poor delivery
I left clear instruction in my order for the driver to deliver and leave the unit in front of the garage doors. The unit was left at the front door, right in front of my front door and my wife couldn’t get into the house with 3 small kids. She couldn’t move the condenser as it was too heavy. It was also left 12 feet from the edge of the roadway where it could have easily been stolen.

Senville call in service technician was helpful
Had issues with my unit and after changing many new parts (only paied my technician) found out that the inside wall unit was defective. The only thing I am not happy is that I have been paying a technician to replace parts to finally realizing that it was a faulty unit from day one. Senville unit is now performing very well and I am somewhat surprised that they didn’t cover the cost for replacing many parts of a defective unit.

Outstanding customer service
Great unit, even though some damage has occurred during transport. Customer service went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, replacing the unit. It now works beautifully and we couldn't be happier with it. Five stars!

Quality built unit, very satisfied.
Completely satisfied, easy selecting the right unit for our needs , ordering was simple , quick and unit was delivered in 2 days.
DIY install was very straight forward, no issues and it works very well. The AC cooled our cottage down very quickly. Runs very quiet. Would consider purchasing another unit.
