I purchased 36,000 BTU, 3-zone air conditioning only abut $6,000 + paid $2000 a licensed local technician to install—something companies had quoted me $18,000 !!!!!!! I am very satisfied with the fast delivery and customer support.

Missing Wi-Fi functionality
Units function as intended however the included Wi-Fi was not what was detailed on the website, defined by the website, pictured on the website nor what was printed on the product packaging. Incredibly deceptive practice.
When I called in to detail my issues, they suggested addtional purchases. So far what I have received is empty corporate platitudes about how “they will review and do better going forward” but will not make my purchases whole with what was promised.

I had an issue with one of my louver…
I had an issue with one of my louver motors
When the issue was identified I contacted Senville.
They sent the part to me within a week.

Unit was a couple days out warranty…
Unit was a couple days out warranty when install finally happened and unit was tested. Diagnostics from senville said it was the board so ordered board and it didnt fix the problem. So Crap Service for a Crap product I would never recommend this to anyone ever!!!!!

Quieter than my old unit
The mini split has been working well so far. It cools the room quickly without the constant noise my old unit made, and the controls are easy to figure out. Installation went smoothly, and i haven't had any issues with it

Cold climate mini split
We chose this particular unit because we need one that can preform in our cold winter months. The website was easy to use. It arrived quickly and in excellent condition. It's up and running and the AC works perfectly. We expect no different from the heating side.
